Vi söker nu en Master Data Lead som vill axla en verksamhetsnära nyckelroll med ett stort mandat. Här får du det övergripande ansvaret för att förvalta och strukturera deras produktdata, leda ett viktigt förändringsarbete över organisationsgränserna och se till att deras data skapar maximal affärsnytta i hela värdekedjan. I rollen som Master Data Lead får du ett stort mandat att bygga och förvalta en modern, tvärfunktionell masterdastruktur med initialt fokus på produktinformation. Du kommer att hantera data utifrån ett tydligt affärsperspektiv och bli en central spelare i att strukturera upp och framtidssäkra deras informationsflöden.

Du kommer att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt med datakvalitet och förbättringsinsatser. Du rör dig i ett komplext landskap präglat av stora flöden och offentliga upphandlingar, och agerar brygga mellan affär och teknik genom tydlig kravställning och prioritering av behov kopplat till masterdata och PIM-plattformen.
Sätta och leda den övergripande strategin för masterdata, tätt kopplad till den kommersiella affären samt data- och analysstrategin
Etablera och kommunicera en tydlig struktur samt sätta upp forum för att förankra processer, roller, ansvar, policies och standarder
Leda det tvärfunktionella samarbetet och förändringsarbetet för att skapa förståelse för värdet av bra produktdata och förankra nya, datadrivna arbetssätt i organisationen
Etablera och vidareutveckla effektiva, skalbara processer för hur data skapas, kvalitetssäkras, underhålls och avvecklas
Definiera, följa upp och rapportera KPI:er för datakvalitet
Bygga starka samarbeten med nyckelfunktioner som använder datat
Sätta upp datastrukturer som gynnar automation, förbättrade informationsflöden och användning av AI inom området
Säkra att regulatoriska krav runt produktdata möts samt delta i revisioner och systemvalidering
Vi söker dig som
Har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant område, exempelvis systemvetenskap eller datavetenskap
Har relevant arbetslivserfarenhet av arbete med masterdata, PIM eller komplex informationshantering
Har drivit arbete kring automation, digitalisering och har ett solid, framåtlutat tänkande kring hur man applicerar AI-verktyg för att hantera stora datamängder
Har erfarenhet av att navigera i komplexa miljöer med mycket flöden, bakgrund som konsult inom exempelvis ERP eller affärskritiska systemmiljöer är meriterande
Talar och skriver obehindrat i både svenska och engelska

You will develop and maintain high-quality sighting systems, working with new product development, product life cycle, and urgent technical or quality issues.
