Ditt uppdrag
Det här är inte en traditionell säljroll. Det är en strategiskt viktig roll där du får vara med och bygga Aalberts HFC:s position inom datacenter och komplexa tekniska projekt i Sverige. Du samarbetar nära konsulter, entreprenörer, installatörer och slutkunder för att utveckla kundanpassade systemlösningar och skapa långsiktigt affärsvärde. Rollen kombinerar strategisk affärsutveckling med teknisk projektförsäljning och innebär ett stort eget ansvar för att utveckla både kunder och affärer. Tjänsten är fältbaserad och du utgår hemifrån, gärna från Malmö, men vi ser även gärna sökande från andra delar av Sverige. Resor inom regionen och övriga Sverige förekommer vid behov.
Dina ansvarsområden
Ansvara för försäljning och affärsutveckling inom datacentersegmentet i Sverige.
Bearbeta marknaden och skapa nya affärsmöjligheter genom nära dialog med konsulter, entreprenörer, installatörer och slutkunder.
Påverka projekt i ett tidigt skede genom teknisk rådgivning och specifikationsarbete.
Ta fram kundanpassade systemlösningar tillsammans med interna specialister och säkerställa hög kundnytta.
Följa marknadsutvecklingen och bidra till Aalberts HFC:s fortsatta tillväxt inom datacenter.

Vi söker dig som är självgående, resultatorienterad och har en stark förmåga att ta egna initiativ.
Du kan tänka långsiktigt, ta egna initiativ och skapa affärer genom att påverka tidigt i projektkedjan, tillsammans med konsulter, entreprenörer, installatörer och slutkunder. Du har ett naturligt driv för att hitta nya affärsmöjligheter och är samtidigt en lagspelare som värdesätter samarbete och goda relationer.
Flera års erfarenhet av teknisk försäljning inom HVAC/kyla, energi/fjärrvärme, processindustri, vattenkvalitet, biogas eller datacenter
Erfarenhet av komplex projektförsäljning i roller som Sales Manager, Pre Sales, försäljningsingenjör, projektledare eller liknande
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av både operativ och strategisk försäljning, där du har byggt långsiktiga kundrelationer och drivit affärer från identifiering till avslut
God teknisk förståelse och förmåga att omsätta kundbehov till tekniska systemlösningar
Erfarenhet av fältbaserad försäljning och vana att arbeta självständigt med kunder och projekt
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift
B-körkort.

About the Position As an Area Sales Director, you will be part of a team of 7 people within the Professional business area, focusing on Law Enforcement, i.e., Police and Military.
