Purpose of Position As an Account Executive you will work in Account Management Department. You will take on full management of small and medium affiliate program within the business, providing a wide scope of services to said clients. You will act as the focal point of contact for your advertiser(s), providing strategic direction and optimisation techniques, identifying new business opportunities in order to grow your programmes and reach the company and your clients’ objectives, supporting with technical and financial issues, instilling good account manager practices, liaising and communicating with the publishers and other key stakeholders. Key Tasks * Respond to advertisers queries being solution-oriented and taking an efficient approach to issues. * Monitor a large program portfolio to proactively deploy new opportunities and/or optimizations * Be able to deliver scalable solutions to sell publishers opportunities for a multi-industry advertiser portfolio. * Deliver multiple actions plan to maintain/enhance our customer satisfaction score * Advice and train naïve advertiser for their first experience in affiliate marketing * Design scalable processes to support new programs in the ramp up phase and keep being a knowledge expert sharing with them. Skills & Expertise * Previous experience in advertising or e-commerce of at least 1 year * Understanding of e-commerce related technologies and solutions and ability to differentiate the various online marketing channels. * Ability to understand customer needs and work towards customer care. * Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer rapports * Analytical ability to detect challenges/opportunities and bring solutions based on data-driven solutions. * English B2 or above. THE OPPORTUNITY ESW is a dynamic and innovative leader in the DTC ecommerce space, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. The Regional Partnership Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key partners in the assigned region. This role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the success of partner initiatives to achieve mutual business objectives. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify and recruit new partners to expand the company's partner network in the region. * Develop and execute strategies for partner engagement and growth. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, acting as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and support. * Ensure alignment between partners and the company's commercial goals and objectives. * Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partnership effectiveness. * Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. * Work closely with partners to develop joint marketing strategies, sales enablement programs, and co-branded initiatives. * Facilitate training, enablement, and resources for partners to enhance their knowledge about ESW services and support the company's offerings. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and partner dynamics in the region. * Utilize market insights to refine partnership strategies and identify new opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful execution of partner initiatives. * Share partner feedback and insights with relevant teams to inform product and service enhancements. * Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, performance, and activities within the company's CRM system. * Prepare and present regular reports on partnership progress and outcomes to senior management.
