Produktmanagement zusammen.

DEINE MISSION As a member of our Avionics & Software team in Munich, Germany you will own the spacecraft-level avionics & software domain: from architecture and make/buy choices, through proposal support and supplier management, to implementation leadership (flight software, mode/state machines, data handling, RF/TT&C). You will work closely with our Systems Architects, as well as other domains to shape the future spacecraft. Your role will include: * Define platform avionics architecture: OBC, data handling buses (SpaceWire/CAN/100BASE‑T1), time sync (PPS/PTP/1588), mass memory, I/O, power interfaces, RTU strategy * Own RF/TT&C chain high-level definition (transceiver/TTC units, antennas, link budgets, waveform/SDR choices, ground compatibility) * Contribute to make/buy decisions on core platform level for OBC, SDR/TT&C, mass memory, DAQ/RTUs, including supplier trade studies, life-cycle & non-recurring impacts, and obsolescence risk * Set flight software platform direction * Define and implement mode/state machine architectures, from fluidic systems to orbital vehicles level * Define interfaces with GNC (data products, timing/latency budgets, execution models) and RPOD logic * Lead avionics/software sections in proposals: requirements, architecture diagrams, ICDs, work packages, effort & risk, schedule, partner scopes * Contribute to MBSE models and ways of working * Define model philosophies for spacecraft platforms * Support integration and verification activities on subsystem and system level * Integration & Production support * Support with other relevant ad-hoc activities. DEIN PROFIL * 2+ years in spacecraft avionics and software engineering * Knowledge of avionics elements, RF/TT&C integration, flight SW * Experience of verification including SiL and HiL * Basic knowledge of Systems Engineering practices including Requirements Engineering, ICDs; ECSS * Passion for creating a new spaceflight paradigm (space logistics & orbital refuelling) * Strong analytical and communication skills * Accountable with an agile mindset * Nice to haves: * RPOD / autonomy exposure * Fluidic systems sequencing WIR BIETEN * Immediate and flexible start * Permanent full-time position (40 h/week) * 30 days annual vacation and flexible working hours * Attractive salary package * Bike leasing, EGYM Wellpass and subsidy for the Deutschlandticket * Complimentary beverages, company events, and professional development opportunities KONTAKT If you have any questions regarding this position, please contact us at: career@deltavision.space
DEINE MISSION As part of our Avionics & Software team in Munich, you will help define and mature the avionics and electrical systems of our spacecraft platforms. You will translate mission and spacecraft-level needs into clear requirements, interfaces and equipment decisions. Working closely with our Systems Architects and specialist teams in electronics, embedded software and controls, you will ensure that avionics equipment and subsystems form a coherent and verifiable overall system. This is a systems engineering role with a strong technical focus. You are not expected to be the implementation expert for every avionics domain. Your role will include * Define, manage and maintain spacecraft avionics and electrical system requirements. * Coordinate interfaces between spacecraft equipment, electronics, embedded software, control systems and higher-level spacecraft functions. * Support avionics architecture development together with Systems Architects and technical specialists. * Perform and document equipment and make-or-buy trade studies, for example for OBCs, PCDUs, solar arrays, sensors, communication equipment and remote I/O. * Translate selected equipment into clear electrical, data and software interface requirements. * Develop and maintain interface control documents, architecture descriptions and verification concepts. * Coordinate technical topics with suppliers and assess compliance, development status, risks and open points. * Support proposal activities through requirements analysis, preliminary architectures, supplier inputs, effort estimates and technical risk assessments. * Support subsystem and spacecraft-level integration, verification and troubleshooting. * Contribute to MBSE models and continuously improve our systems engineering processes. DEIN PROFIL * Several years of experience in spacecraft avionics, electrical systems or a comparable safety-critical engineering environment. * Experience in requirements engineering, interface definition and technical trade studies. * Broad understanding of spacecraft avionics and electrical equipment, without the expectation of being a specialist in every domain. * Ability to work effectively with electronics, software, controls and systems engineering teams. * Experience working with suppliers and evaluating technical proposals or equipment. * Familiarity with verification planning, integration testing and relevant systems engineering standards such as ECSS. * Strong analytical and communication skills, with a structured and accountable way of working. * Motivation to develop systems for space logistics and orbital servicing.
