Som Field Sales Engineer hos Pepperl+Fuchs ansvarar du för försäljningen i ditt distrikt genom att skapa nya affärer och vidareutveckla befintliga kundrelationer. Du arbetar främst mot OEM-kunder och tillverkande industri, där cirka 60 % av din tid läggs på befintliga kunder och 40 % på nykundsbearbetning.
Du äger hela affärsprocessen – från prospektering och kundmöten till offert, förhandling och avslut. Affärerna varierar från produktförsäljning till mer komplex rådgivande lösningsförsäljning, där du arbetar nära både kunden och våra tekniska specialister.
Ditt distrikt omfattar Skåne, Blekinge, södra Småland samt delar av östra Småland, med kunder från bland annat Lund och Malmö upp mot Växjö och Oskarshamn. Vi ser gärna att du är bosatt i Lund med omnejd, där en av dina närmaste kollegor utgår ifrån, men även andra orter i västra Skåne är aktuella. Rollen innebär stor frihet under ansvar och du rapporterar till försäljningschef Erik Janze.

The Distributor Sales Manager – North Europe is a key member of the EMEA Sales team, with responsibility for driving revenue growth and market share across the Baltics, Nordics, Belgium, Denmark, and Ireland. To provide insightful analysis into territory performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy that leads to substantive business improvement in the North Europe region. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science) or a related technical field; or equivalent commercial experience.
