I rollen ansvarar du för att säkerställa att leveransdokumentation och dispatch advice hanteras korrekt och effektivt, samtidigt som du samarbetar med flera olika funktioner. I rollen som Dispatch Advice Administrator kommer du att arbeta med administration och koordinering kopplat till leveranser och logistikflöden. Du säkerställer att leveransaviseringar, dokumentation och systemuppdateringar hanteras korrekt samt fungerar som en viktig länk mellan leverantörer, transportörer, lager och interna avdelningar.
Du kommer att vara anställd som konsult via Academic Work och arbeta hos vår kund med chans till förlängning långsiktigt om alla parter är nöjda med samarbetet.
Hantera och registrera leveransaviseringar i affärssystemet
Säkerställa att leveransdokumentation är korrekt och uppdaterad
Följa upp leveranser och koordinera eventuella avvikelser med berörda parter
Samarbeta med leverantörer, transportörer, lagerfunktioner och interna team
Registrera och uppdatera information i affärs- och logistiksystem
Vi söker dig som
Har en avslutad gymnasieutbildning
Har tidigare erfarenhet av administration, logistik, orderhantering eller liknande arbetsuppgifter
Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift då båda språken används i arbetet
Har god förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och noggrant med flera uppgifter parallellt
Goda kunskaper i Office-paketet, särskilt excel

THE ROLE We're looking for an international shipping specialist to manage the cross border movement of IT hardware, from dispatch to delivery. Working along side the Team with carriers, customs authorities, and compliance partners to keep shipments moving through the complexities of global trade tariffs, import/export regulations and country specific requirements without unnecessary delay or risk. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate international shipments of IT hardware. * Manage import/export documentation, including customs declarations, certificates of origin, and commercial invoice. * Work with our strategic partners, such as freight forwarders, brokers to ensure smooth clearance across multiple countries. * Advise internal teams on duties, tariffs, VAT/import tax implications, and applicable trade agreements. * Track and resolve customs holds, delays, or compliance issues before they impact delivery timelines. * Stay current on export controls, product certifications, and licensing requirements relevant to IT hardware. * Portal Administration * Regular cadence performance reviews with partners. * Maintain accurate shipping and compliance records, and report on shipment status and costs * Identify opportunities to streamline shipping processes and reduce cost or risk ESSENTIAL SKILLS: * Strong understanding of global trade, mandatory. This includes international trade principles, incoterms, tariffs, trade agreements, and how customs regulations differ by country * Experience in international shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics * Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs clearance processes. * Understanding of compliance requirements. * Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple shipments across different regions at once. * Clear communicator who can liaise confidently with carriers, customs officials, and internal stakeholders. * A problem-solver who stays calm when shipments hit a snag. * Familiarity with importer of record (IOR) / exporter of record (EOR) models, & Incoterms such as shipping arrangements. * A person the business looks at for answers BENEFITS At Techary, we embrace a family culture and believe in working as a team to overcome any challenge we face. The Service Supervisor will assist the Service Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department in his/her branch or area of operation. The Service Supervisor will supervise Service Engineers, Specialist, and Associates and provide support, guidance, and mentorship to his/her subordinates in all matters relating to their duties, technical and non-technical, and for making decisions to correct irregularities in the service process and making recommendations to his/her Service Manager. The Service Supervisor will review technician notes and service tickets for completion, accuracy and before closing/invoicing service issues for the following solutions: IP video surveillance; access control; enterprise wireless and networking; voice, data and fiber cabling; unified communications; and audio/visual solutions. The Service Supervisor will also be responsible for reviewing and approving time and expense reports for his/her subordinates. Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking a permanent full time Licensed Flight Dispatcher to be based at our based out of the South Terminal building at the Vancouver International Airport in Richmond. We are seeking a candidate who is looking to join our dynamic and growing team! Pacific Coastal Airlines is headquartered at the South Terminal building at Vancouver International Airport. We fly scheduled and charter service between busy international airports, remote destinations, and beautiful communities in the province of British Columbia and South Alberta. Reporting to the Manager, Flight Dispatch and working out of the Vancouver Dispatch Centre, the successful candidate will create and execute operational flight plans and coordinate logistical details according to standard company operating procedures to ensure safe, efficient and economical flight operations. The Licensed Flight Dispatcher plays an integral role in the operational control structure at Pacific Coastal Airlines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that flights are safely and efficiently planned and monitored in accordance with established standards and regulations * Maintain a log of information exchanges with respect to all flights operated under his/her authority * Continuously monitor weather conditions; provide route/weather analysis to Flight and Ground Crew as required * Respond to all emergency situations in a timely and professional manner in accordance with procedures outlined in the Emergency Response Manual * Generate flight plans and issue flight forecasts as required * Closely monitor all flights in order to maintain an up-to-date flight watch over all flights operating within the designated dispatch areas * Advise the Director, Crew and Operations Planning of any abnormal incidents involving flights, whether airborne or on the ground, including activating of overdue/missing aircraft, or incident/accident procedures * Immediately inform Manager, Flight Dispatch of conditions present or anticipated which may cause delays or disruptions to the on-time performance of Company Flights * Delay and/or cancel flights when deemed necessary or advisable for operational reasons * Ensure that all essential information is forwarded to the Captain in a timely manner to ensure a safe and efficient flight * Liaise with Crew Planning/Crew Scheduling regarding crew levels and flight disruptions * Provide on-job-training to new Dispatch employees * Conduct thorough and professional Flight Crew briefings QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience * 21+ years old, in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations * Transport Canada Dispatch exams successfully completed (FDMET, FDOPS) * Radiotelephone Operator's Restricted Certificate is an asset * Previous experience as a licensed dispatcher in the aviation industry Skills, Knowledge & Abilities * Knowledge of serviceability of airports, airways and navigational facilities * Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills * Strong computer skills (Web, Excel, Word, FliteStar) * Effective and efficient decision making, particularly when under pressure * Ability to remain calm in challenging/uncomfortable situations * Familiar with all NOTAMS applicable to the operation * Able to apply applicable regulations (i.e. Canadian Aviation Regulations) and standards (i.e. Commercial Air Service Standards) Why Pacific Coastal Airlines?
