Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the
world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start:
So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into
our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days.
We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions
worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.
1. Take ownership across a broad remit. You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and
success of Lendable from day 1
2. Work in small teams of exceptional people, who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than
the status quo
3. Build the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting
We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent team. You'll play a critical role in helping us identify, engage
and attract exceptional talent across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Credit/Risk and other technical functions.
Working closely with Talent Partners and hiring leaders, you'll combine deep market intelligence, creative sourcing strategies and
data-driven decision making to build high-quality talent pipelines for some of our most important hiring challenges. You'll be
someone who enjoys solving difficult talent problems, uncovering hidden talent and continuously improving how sourcing gets done.

About Abound We’re redefining consumer lending in the UK, and beyond. Using advanced AI and Open Banking data, we make fair, affordable personal finance available to more people. While traditional lenders rely almost entirely on credit scores, we look at the full financial picture - how much you spend, and what you can afford to repay to build a deeper, more accurate understanding of each customer's unique financial situation. And we've shown it works at scale. We’ve issued over £1.3bn in loans directly to customers while delivering market-leading credit performance - for every 10 defaults the industry expects, we see only 3. We also reached profitability just 2.5 years after launch. Backed by £2bn+ of funding from top-tier investors including Citi, GSR Ventures, and Deutsche Bank, we’re recognised as one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs (Sifted, CNBC). Now, we’re expanding into new markets and product lines - and we’re looking for ambitious people who want to learn fast, take ownership, and grow with us. About the role: We’re looking for a Tech Sourcer to help build the talent pipelines that will power Abound’s Engineering, Data Science, AI and Credit Risk teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in their sourcing or recruitment career who’s curious, proactive, and excited about finding exceptional technical talent. You’ll work closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to ensure we’re consistently bringing high-quality candidates into our hiring process. What you'll be doing: * Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent * Own proactive sourcing for engineering, data science, ai and credit risk roles across multiple pipelines * Identify, engage, and nurture both active and passive candidates across the market * Partner closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search approaches * Build and maintain strong, well-structured talent pipelines within our ATS (Ashby) * Conduct market mapping and talent research to support hiring strategy and pipeline planning * Track sourcing activity and provide insights on pipeline health, market trends, and conversion rates * Contribute to improving sourcing processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies Who you are: * 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar talent-focused role * Proven experience sourcing for software engineering or technical roles * Comfortable owning multiple pipelines simultaneously * Strong understanding of how to find and engage passive technical talent * Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve how you work and bringing new ideas * Data-aware, using insights to improve sourcing performance and decision-making What we offer: * Everyone owns a piece of the company - equity * Hybrid with 3 days a week in the office * 25 days’ holiday a year, plus 8 bank holidays * 2 paid volunteering days per year * One month paid sabbatical after 4 years * Employee loan * Free gym membership * Team wellness budget to be active together - set up a yoga class, a tennis lesson or go bouldering
A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Talent Strategists at Palantir don't work from a boilerplate requisition list. You already understand the sales mindset, making you perfect for finding our future sales stars. * The Event Coordinator Ready for a New Challenge: You have experience organising, planning, and hosting events, but not necessarily in a HR or recruitment context. You are incredibly organised, a confident public speaker, and want to apply those skills to building a global talent community.
