As a Senior Product Designer working alongside other designers in this team, you’ll be embedded in a cross-functional squad alongside Product Managers and Engineers, owning end-to-end design from discovery through delivery. Design plays a critical role here – not just in execution, but in defining the problems worth solving. The team works with a strong focus on user research, hypothesis-driven design, and continuous iteration, ensuring that every design decision is grounded in real user needs and measurable impact. You’ll contribute to high-impact areas of the product where thoughtful design directly influences key metrics like activation, engagement, and conversion. At the same time, you’ll help evolve our design system and ensure consistency and quality across the experience, especially as SumUp undergoes a broader brand transformation and scales its consumer offering.
