The team builds and operates systems that move and safeguard cryptoassets across the firm — including treasury automation, wallet inventory and reference data, integrations with custody platforms, and operational controls used by digital asset operations. You’ll work directly with those business partners and enjoy building meaningful products from day one. Candidates should have strong initiative and proven experience independently driving projects to completion. We work from high-level requirements and value engineers who dig into the business to build the right thing. Responsibilities: - Designing, building, and testing full-stack applications (APIs through UI) used by digital asset operations and related business partners - Partnering with those teams to turn ambiguous business problems into clear technical plans and shipped software - Owning software end-to-end after it ships — we run what we build (deploy, operate, on-call); we don’t hand systems off to a separate ops team - Working across greenfield systems and existing codebases - Building and improving tooling and processes around CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes / internal cloud - Collaborating with other software teams, trading desks, and business units - Mentoring and raising the bar for engineering practice on a small team - Learning and championing useful new technologies where they fit Desirable Experience: - We are looking for strong senior engineers with crypto or digital-asset systems experience. About the role and team: We develop for both iOS and Android and regularly design for both phone and tablet use cases.  Our iOS devs work with modern technology, using the tools and techniques - we where early adopters of SwiftUI, Combine and Swift Concurrency and many other approaches. We conduct unit testing across all our projects, code is always peer reviewed, and as a team we are always at the forefront of pushing new approaches to challenges. What you'll be doing: * Developing mobile apps with a focus on readable, maintainable and tested code using Swift. * Collaborating with designers, product owners, testers and clients to deliver great products as an agile team * Being an advocate for engineering best practices across mobile platforms * Using the latest AI tools like Claude Code to accelerate your own and your teams delivery of high-quality iOS apps   We'd love to talk to you if you are: * A strong native mobile developer using recent iOS framework versions * Enthusiastic and experienced in using engineering best practices, clean code and unit testing * Experienced in working as part of a cross-functional development team * Passionate and enthusiastic for delivering great product * Already working effectively with AI tools and want to push it further   WHAT WE’LL OFFER YOU: We trust people to do their best work.
