Enterprise Security: Experience implementing RBAC, SSO, or Zero Trust architectures for large enterprise clients. Why join us? Complexity & Scale: You will solve unique challenges at the intersection of Hardware, Edge Computing, and Cloud SaaS. Autonomy: This is a distinct "Pillar" of our product. You will have significant ownership over the direction of the Platform strategy. Impact: You are joining at the pivotal moment where we scale from "Product" to "Platform"—the most exciting phase for any B2B tech company. Be part of the team pioneering Spatial Intelligence solutions at unprecedented scale—the breakthrough technology transforming how the world’s most prestigious airports, infrastructure operators, and smart cities understand and optimize physical flows. --- As a 7-time Gartner-recognized category-defining leader with dozens of global awards including “Edge AI Product of the Year,” “LiDAR Leader Award,” “CES Best of Innovation” and many more, we’re backed by 37 patents and deployments with the most prestigious (and challenging) customers across four continents. The broader goal is to provide enterprises with a unified lens for visibility, compliance, and resilience, ensuring that as data grows, it remains both secure and recoverable. You will play a pivotal role in integrating AI-driven intelligence into our products, helping us shift from reactive recovery to proactive data resilience and governance across a diverse, multi-cloud landscape. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the AI and platform capabilities at the core of Clumio's cyber resilience offering. You'll define how intelligence is woven into the product—from anomaly detection and threat insights to automated recovery guidance—while owning the end-to-end platform experience that customers use every day: how they create and manage protection policies, control access, consume the product, and get visibility through reporting. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate from strategy to spec: setting vision, making hard prioritization calls, and partnering deeply with engineering, design, and go-to-market to ship products that customers trust with their most critical data. You'll sit at the intersection of AI, data protection, and cloud infrastructure, translating a fast-moving technical space into a roadmap that moves the business forward. What You'll Do * Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Clumio's AI and platform capabilities, aligning them to a multi-cloud resilience and governance strategy. * Own the end-to-end platform user experience—policy creation and management, role-based access control (RBAC), consumption and onboarding flows, and reporting and dashboards—ensuring the product is intuitive at both individual and enterprise scale. * Define and prioritize AI-driven features—such as anomaly and ransomware detection, data classification, risk scoring, and intelligent recovery recommendations—that move customers from reactive recovery to proactive resilience. * Shape the platform services (APIs, data pipelines, extensibility, and governance frameworks) that allow protection and intelligence capabilities to scale across services like Amazon S3, DynamoDB, and Apache Iceberg, and into new clouds. * Partner closely with engineering across the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, launch, and iteration. * Translate deep customer and market insight into clear requirements, making sharp trade-offs on scope, scale, and time-to-market. * Work with security, compliance, and design partners to ensure the platform and its AI features are trustworthy, explainable, and enterprise-grade. * Define success metrics, instrument the product, and use data to guide the roadmap. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch of new capabilities. * Act as a cross-functional leader and the voice of both the customer and the business, aligning stakeholders around a shared plan. What We're Looking For * 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in cloud infrastructure, data platforms, data protection, or security (B2B/enterprise SaaS). * Track record of owning platform or core product surfaces end to end—policy/workflow management, RBAC and permissions, admin and consumption experiences, or reporting and analytics. * Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered features or data-intensive products—familiarity with modern AI approaches (e.g., anomaly detection, classification, LLM/agentic workflows) and a clear grasp of their trade-offs. * Strong technical foundation: comfortable partnering with engineers on architecture, APIs, and platform design, and reasoning about systems at scale. * Working knowledge of public cloud (AWS strongly preferred; Azure/GCP a plus) and core data services such as object storage and NoSQL databases. * Proven ability to turn ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces into clear strategy and executable roadmaps. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management—able to influence across engineering, design, and go-to-market without direct authority. * Customer-obsessed and data-driven, with strong analytical and prioritization skills. * Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
