About the role
As a Mid-level Software Engineer at Ledgy, you’ll build reliable, scalable product experiences that help companies manage their
equity with confidence. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to turn complex equity
workflows into clear, automated, user-friendly software.

This is primarily a product design role; you'll spend most of your time on UI and craft for our Terminal platform, with a generalist skillset that also flexes into marketing and brand design when needed. We move fast and have strong product opinions - what we need is someone who can bring those to life beautifully, and over time help us raise the bar on craft and design thinking across the company. You'll sit within the Product Operations team as an early designer hire, with direct cross-functional touch points across product, marketing, and engineering. ABOUT THE ROLE The Regional Sales Manager (DACH) is responsible for hiring, managing and mentoring a team of Mid-Market level talent to meet and exceed their sales revenue goals. The Mid-Market team focuses on accounts with full-time employee counts of up to 2,000 employees within the DACH region. Our Account Executives are responsible for maintaining high activity standards; daily prospecting, pipeline growth, prospect qualification, and delivering assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
