ACCURX IS WHERE CONVERSATIONS HAPPEN WITH AND ABOUT PATIENTS IN THE NHS
For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that
by building a single, system-wide platform that connects everyone through communication.
What started as a way for GPs to text a patient, has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices
and 68% (and growing!) of NHS Trusts.
Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in
seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows
staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the
consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it
should be.
As an Implementation Lead for Secondary Care, you will own the end-to-end implementation pipeline from initial tenders through to
full contract conversion, ensuring effective resource allocation and driving rapid customer activation. You will be deeply
analytical, tracking time to value and key activation metrics across all secondary care contracts to maximise customer outcomes
and ROI. Your leadership will directly accelerate our scaling efforts, driving a massive real-world impact - one of these will be
driving our target user activations for our AI note-taker, Accurx Scribe, by the end of Q3.

We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be. GAMECHANGING, RIGHT? HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING STUCK INTO TO MAKE IT WORK As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be the one making sure our most ambitious tools actually land and stick in Secondary care. You won't just be ticking boxes on a rollout list; you’ll be leading the charge on high-impact transformations, like helping clinicians and admin teams move over to Accurx Scribe. You'll spend your time figuring out how these tools fit into the daily lives of clinicians, making sure they aren't just "installed," but are genuinely making things better for everyone. * Driving deep transformation: Leading big-scale rollouts for complex products like Scribe, making sure we’re not just doing the basics but fundamentally changing how healthcare is delivered. * Strategic boundary-setting: Standing firm on implementation plans and managing commercial expectations to ensure we deliver sustainable solutions without overcommitting. * Owning the AI journey: Becoming the go-to expert on our emerging AI features, taking full ownership of how they are introduced to practices and scaled across the country. * Closing the feedback loop: Reviewing practice cohorts 6-9 months after go-live to see if they’re actually using the product as intended and figuring out how we can make it even better. * Scaling with smarts: Using our internal AI dashboards to handle the "heavy lifting" of data, so you can focus on the human side of implementation while we automate the repetitive bits. * Raising the bar: Constantly looking for ways to improve our processes—if something isn't working or could be more efficient, you’ll have the autonomy to change it. YOU SHOULD APPLY IF... * You’ve been around the block with big rollouts: You have solid experience managing complex implementations in a fast-paced business and you know how to keep a project moving. * You’re a "driver," not a "passenger": You don't wait to be told what to do; you dive into the context, spot the problems, and take the lead on solving them. * You can hold your own: You’re comfortable having tough conversations with stakeholders and can stay firm on what’s achievable * You’re a natural communicator: You can explain technical or complex changes in a way that feels clear, simple, and actually exciting for the people using them. * You’re relentlessly resourceful: When you hit a roadblock, you don't just stop - you find a creative way over, under, or through it. * You care about the "why": You’re motivated by the idea of fixing healthcare communication and want to see the real-world impact of your work on clinicians and patients. WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME? You'll be joining an established but fast-growing Tech for Good movement, where we're led by our Principles and our mission to Solve Healthcare Productivity. * £45,000 - £60,000 salary + share options up to £15,000 * Benefits to suit you: adjust your healthcare cover, your pension or life insurance, whatever stage you’re at in life * Flexible Working: We are an office first culture and ask that you’re in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office 3 days a week, with core hours of 10am-4pm * Time off: You’ll get 28 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) and up to 4 weeks to work from anywhere per year * Family matters: We offer enhanced parental leave, fertility support and parental loss support * We have our very own Chef! Free healthy breakfasts, snacks and lunches will be provided, with the occasional sweet treat! Want to know more about the company or the hiring process? Check out our Careers page and Candidate hub. ACCURX IS SOLVING HEALTHCARE PRODUCTIVITY FOR THE NHS For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care. What started as a way for GPs to text a patient has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices and 68% (and growing!) of NHS Trusts. Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time. We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be. THAT SOUNDS COOL — WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER HAVE TO DO WITH IT? Accurx works with 41 of the 42 NHS ICBs in primary care and is growing fast in secondary care. The relationships that make that possible — the trust, the renewals, the accounts that stay with us even when competitors come knocking on price — are owned by our Customer Success team. We’re hiring three CSMs to grow the team across both primary and secondary care. You’ll own a portfolio of enterprise NHS accounts end-to-end, from implementation through to renewal. In primary care, it’s about protecting and deepening relationships that are already strong. In secondary care, it’s about building them from scratch in a market where Accurx Scribe is winning big and growing fast. Either way, it’s about being the person NHS organisations trust — the one who knows their priorities, anticipates problems before they arise, and makes Accurx genuinely indispensable. THE CHALLENGES YOU’LL SOLVE AS A CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER * Own your NHS accounts end-to-end. You’ll manage a portfolio of 5–11 ICB or Trust enterprise accounts — building relationships, driving adoption, leading renewals, and keeping Accurx sticky even when the NHS is in flux. You’re the person your customers call first. * Build trust where Accurx is new. In secondary care, we’re expanding quickly into a more complex environment. You’ll help NHS Trusts get real outcomes from Accurx Scribe — building processes that don’t yet exist and earning the kind of trust we’ve spent years building in primary care. * Be a connector, not just an account manager. You’ll work across marketing, implementation, transformation, commercial ops, and finance. The best CSMs here don’t just manage accounts — they bring the voice of the customer back into the business and make things better for the whole team. * Build the playbook as you go. The team is scaling and many of our processes are still being written. You’ll contribute to and shape how account management works at Accurx. What works gets codified; what doesn’t gets challenged. * Navigate the NHS with patience and precision. NHS organisations are under enormous pressure — restructuring, funding uncertainty, stakeholder churn. You’ll hold relationships through difficult periods and keep Accurx front of mind even when it’s not their immediate priority. YOU SHOULD APPLY IF... * You own relationships, not just accounts. You’ve worked in customer success, account management, or a relationship-heavy role and you know the difference between being a yes-person and being a trusted advisor. Accurx has no commission plan — success here is measured by trust, retention, and real outcomes. * You push back constructively. You don’t jump when a customer says jump. You ask why — more than once — and you find a better solution. You’re empathetic but not a pushover. * You’re comfortable building from scratch. Processes aren’t fully defined here. You’d rather create structure than wait for someone else to do it, and you’re okay if the first version isn’t perfect. * You’re curious about the NHS. Whether you’ve worked in or around it or you’re coming in fresh — you’re genuinely interested in how it works and patient enough to navigate its complexity. * You’re AI-native. You use AI tools to work smarter — automating the routine so you can spend more time on the things that actually need you. * You’re a natural connector. You’re as comfortable in a room with a clinical lead as you are with a Trust’s Head of Digital Transformation or a commercial director. You adapt your style and bring people with you. WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME? You’ll be joining an established but fast-growing Tech for Good movement, where we’re led by our Principles and our mission to Solve Healthcare Productivity. * £50,000 – £65,000 salary + share options up to £15,000 * Benefits to suit you: adjust your healthcare cover, your pension or life insurance, whatever stage you’re at in life * Flexible Working: We are an office-first culture and ask that you’re in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office 3 days a week, with core hours of 10am–4pm * Time off: You’ll get 28 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) and up to 4 weeks to work from anywhere per year * Family matters: We offer enhanced parental leave, fertility support and parental loss support * We have our very own Chef! HR tech is having its AI moment and we’re positioned to own it. Humaans started as a next-gen HRIS taking on large incumbents in a massive market. We’ve since evolved into something even bigger: an AI platform that sits across workforce data and automates the operational layer of HR entirely; the natural progression of what we’ve been building toward. The product is highly differentiated. It’s built around a structured workforce data model that makes AI reliable in an HR context, something no one else has gotten right. Customers notice the difference immediately. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Lachy Groom, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, and operators who’ve built some of the most consequential software companies of the last decade: the founders of Slack, Figma, and Shopify, and Asana’s former CRO and Head of OpenAI International.
