The Infrastructure team is responsible for the management, security, and reliability of QRT’s global technology platforms. The team works closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Operations, Compliance, and Trading Support teams to ensure infrastructure services remain secure, compliant, and operationally resilient. This role focuses on coordinating Linux patching and lifecycle management activities across a global Linux estate, ensuring security, stability, and compliance requirements are met while minimising operational risk. Your Future Role within QRT You will: * Own and coordinate Linux patching and security lifecycle activities across the global Linux estate. * Work with Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations, Trading Support, and Security teams to plan and execute patching activities aligned with business requirements. * Coordinate patching schedules, priorities, dependencies, and remediation activities across multiple stakeholders. * Support change management processes to ensure patching activities are delivered in a controlled and auditable manner. * Maintain documentation covering patching policies, schedules, ownership, processes, and escalation paths. * Collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation, tooling, reporting, and patch deployment processes. * Coordinate patching activities delivered by third-party service providers and ensure work is completed in line with internal standards and expectations. * Partner with Security and Compliance teams to track remediation progress and support audit and regulatory requirements. * Manage infrastructure asset and lifecycle data using JIRA Assets or similar asset management platforms. * Produce regular reporting on patching progress, risks, exceptions, remediation status, and upcoming activities. * Identify blockers and risks to patch delivery and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions. Your Present Skillset * Experience coordinating patching, vulnerability remediation, or infrastructure lifecycle programmes within Linux environments. * Good understanding of Linux operating systems and infrastructure environments. * Experience working with vulnerability management processes and remediation workflows. * Familiarity with infrastructure change management and release processes. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Security, Compliance, and business teams. * Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers. * Experience maintaining asset inventories and lifecycle data using JIRA Assets or similar tooling. * Strong organisational, planning, and reporting skills. * Ability to balance security remediation priorities with operational and business requirements. * Experience producing management reporting, risk updates, and programme status communications. * Understanding of patch orchestration, automation tooling, and infrastructure automation practices. * Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and tooling. * Experience working within financial services or other business-critical technology environments. THE ROLE The Global CRM Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of multiple interdependent workstreams, ensuring integrated planning, effective dependency management, and alignment with programme objectives.
