Who is Sonar? Sonar is driving the future of agent-centric software development. As the leader in AI code verification and governance, we solve a critical problem: ensuring that software generated by AI-assisted developers or autonomous agents is reliable, secure, and maintainable. Integrating seamlessly with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and Devin, we help over 75% of the Fortune 100 build trusted, reliable, compliant software. Customers who use Sonar are 44% less likely to report an outage due to AI-generated code. We believe code verification is the critical missing link in the Agent-Centric Development Cycle (AC/DC). Industry giants like Nvidia, ServiceNow,Booking.com, Goldman Sachs, AstraZeneca, and Ford Motor Company count on us to provide independent, explainable, consistent review and governance of their AI-generated code via products like: SonarQube: The world’s leading AI code review and verification platform. SonarQube Foundation Agent: Currently topping the leaderboards for agentic software repair. SonarSweep & Sonar Context Augmentation: Providing the enterprise-grade context and constraints agents need to be truly effective. Our team operates across global hubs in Austin, Bochum, Dubai, Geneva, London, Singapore, Tokyo, and Washington D.C. We move with a mindset we call CODE: Committed to our customers and community. Obsessed with quality. Deliberate in our decisions. Effective as one team. With over $400M in revenue and profitable, fast-paced growth, we are building the backbone of the AI software revolution. If you’re hungry to have an impact, want to build at a fast pace, and ready to work at the forefront of AI, we want to hear from you. Position description As Director of Revenue Enablement, you will lead the global enablement function across Sonar's go-to-market organisation, spanning Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will own the strategy, programmes, and systems that shorten ramp time, lift quota attainment, and equip our GTM teams to sell a technical product into developer, platform, and security buyers. You will inherit a small enablement team and a strong foundation, and will scale it into a measurable, outcomes-driven function that supports Sonar's next phase of growth in the age of agent-centric development.
About Us You rarely get the chance to change an entire industry. But that's the position we find ourselves in. Join us, and you’ll help scale cures to patients that need them sooner. We’ve developed fully-automated cell manufacturing sites, powered by custom robotics - to scale treatments to millions of patients. Last year, patients were cured of diseases like Parkinson’s and vision loss using stem-cell derived cells - but today these Regenerative Medicines are produced by hand, meaning they’re too expensive and hard to scale. With our automated manufacturing sites, these therapies can now be scaled globally at low cost. We've announced partnerships across multiple therapies so far ranging from Parkinson’s, to hearing loss, to bone repair - and raised $24m to expand into the market faster, and accelerate our development! Within the next 12-18 months, neurons grown on our machines will be going into Parkinson’s patient brains. We’ve assembled a world-class team to take on this challenge, with ex-Dyson engineers and Nature-published scientists working hand-in-hand. You can learn more about your potential Mytos teammates here: Team Mytos is backed by Y Combinator, the most successful startup program in the world which produced companies such as AirBnb, Dropbox, and Ginkgo Bioworks. The Role We’re looking for a smart, analytical Chief of Staff to accelerate us towards our mission. You’ll work with the founders on high-priority complex problems across the company, spanning Recruiting, Finance, new product areas, and Operations. You’ll get to collaborate with our advisors, such as former CFO of Revolut, Head of Technical Recruiting at Monzo, former Director of Manufacturing at Apple, and former VP of Ops at Carbon3D. This unique opportunity will teach you how to build a business from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, and the mentality to achieve any goal. Expect to be surrounded by amazing colleagues and have high autonomy in how you go about making your mark.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI Help shape the future of sustainable urban mobility by making Voi’s international public-sector tender process rigorous, reliable, and ready to win. Reporting to the Director of Tenders, you will: * Own the end-to-end tender lifecycle: from early market preparation and product demonstrations through compliance validation and final submission. * Working closely with the wider Tender team and colleagues across Legal, Operations, Tech, and Content, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, high-stakes projects. Your work will help ensure that Voi’s proposals meet the regulatory, operational and procedural requirements of cities and towns across our markets. * Lead pre-tender planning, including market research, regulatory scoping, partner collaboration, and readiness milestones. * Establish and run robust PMO practices across each tender, covering kick-offs, risk assessments, RACI frameworks, deliverables, quality reviews, clarification periods, and submission deadlines. * Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, timely decisions, and effective collaboration throughout the process. * Act as the internal authority on tender compliance, reviewing written and operational responses against local procurement rules and legal requirements. * Take PMO ownership of tender demonstration phases, coordinating the logistical, technical, and compliance preparations needed to showcase Voi’s hardware and software. * Maintain clear tender reporting for executive stakeholders, highlighting progress, milestones, dependencies, and compliance risks. * Lead post-tender reviews, using city feedback and scoring to strengthen our governance documentation, compliance libraries, and ways of working. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a highly organised and collaborative project leader who brings calm, clarity, and accountability to fast-moving work. You can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance, influence stakeholders without formal authority, and maintain a sharp focus on quality under pressure. You bring: * 6+ years’ experience in PMO, bid or tender management, or complex project management. * Experience with public-sector procurement, B2G environments, mobility, or another highly regulated industry. * Strong knowledge of public procurement processes, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards across international markets. * Proven experience applying PMO tools and methodologies, such as RACI frameworks, risk matrices, and milestone mapping. * Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language skills, including German, French, Italian, or Dutch, are an advantage. * A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Public Policy, or equivalent practical experience. * A recognised project or bid management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or APMP, is desirable. Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this, you’ll have the opportunity to: * Join Europe’s #1 micromobility operator and one of the fastest growing scale-ups. * Get “skin in the game” through our employee options programme. * Enjoy unlimited free Voi rides and a dog-friendly office. * Work together with inspiring, motivated, and fun colleagues towards a common goal. * Join the micromobility revolution and be a part of creating sustainable cities made for living, free from noise and pollution.
