In this role, you’ll be the beating heart of our daily site operations, maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring our loyal customers receive their household essentials as quickly as possible. Get to know our Site Operations team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be joining the HOP Operations team. This team is responsible for the end-to-end management of our rapid grocery delivery sites, ensuring inventory accuracy and lightning-fast dispatch. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: * Drive Dispatch Excellence: Oversee that all orders are picked to meet time targets and lead the dispatch area to ensure seamless packing for our customers. * Manage Inventory Rigour: Unload deliveries according to procedure, ensuring total accuracy of product locations, date rotations, and claims logging. * Maintain Operational Standards: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe at all times, dealing with hazards urgently and conducting regular H&S checks. * Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly and employees follow company procedures. * Ownership of Stock Integrity: Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across all designated counting areas. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: * Operational Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery is a major plus). * Performance Driven: A track record of hitting goal targets, such as pick times or dispatch KPIs. * Natural Leadership: A "lead by example" mentality with a genuine passion for motivating and coaching junior team members. * Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to finding new ways to improve site operations and resolve challenges as they arise. * Adaptability: The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-energy, positive team environment. Job Description: As a Warehouse Sorter , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for accurately sorting and organizing incoming shipments and preparing them for distribution. Warehouse Associate Night - Part time position Hourly rate of $19.39 plus night premium of $1 per hour Working schedule : Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 am to 5 am About: Cardinal Couriers is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This position is responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, hand bombing (palletizing) loading, and unloading orders into the trucks. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced environment that requires lifting, lowering, and carrying packages.
