At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.
More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of
greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.
Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of
retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our
marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.
We’re growing fast: Our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000 active partners across 20 countries, have together
already saved over 500 million meals from going to waste
In 2023, Too Good To Go was recognised on Fortune's acclaimed 'Change the World' list, named as one of Deloitte's 'Best Managed
Companies' and won a coveted 'Cultural Impact Award' at the annual Apple App Store Awards.

Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey – from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk for one single system that is designed to meet the needs of modern day support teams. Founded in 2011, Fin became one of the fastest growing companies and remains one of the largest private software companies in the world with nearly 30,000 global businesses using our products to transform their customer support. Driven by our core values, we push boundaries, build with speed and intensity, and relentlessly deliver incredible value to our customers. WHAT'S THE OPPORTUNITY? It’s an exciting time at Intercom — especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service. As a Senior AI Deployment Consultant, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of Intercom’s platform — including our agent Fin. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI. You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? * Lead end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Intercom and Fin. * Define project scope, success criteria, and timelines that align with each customer’s unique goals and support model. * Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation, managing communication, alignment, and expectations. * Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to design tailored deployment strategies and deliver measurable outcomes. * Facilitate discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and project plans. * Perform hands-on configuration of Intercom features — including automation, workflows, technical procedures and reporting — supported by our Forward Deployed Engineers for advanced integrations. * Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews. * Track key metrics on both the customer and Intercom side such as time-to-value, automation rates, and customer satisfaction, taking proactive steps to ensure successful outcomes. * Collaborate with our Product and R&D teams to surface feedback, identify improvements, and help shape future innovations. * Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices. WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED? * 6+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies * Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams. * Strong technical aptitude — comfortable configuring software platforms and discussing integrations, APIs, and data flows. * Excellent project management skills with a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders. * Experience implementing or configuring platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer experience tools is a plus. * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and decision-making skills. * Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment. * Passion for technology, AI, and helping customers succeed. HOW WILL I BE MEASURED? * Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin? * Customer Satisfaction - Do customers receive a delightful and thorough experience as they begin their journey with Fin? * Timeliness — Are your projects on-schedule against the dedicated timelines? BENEFITS We are a well-treated bunch, with awesome benefits! If there’s something important to you that’s not on this list, talk to us! * Competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing start-up * We serve lunch every weekday, plus a variety of snack foods and a fully stocked kitchen * Regular compensation reviews - we reward great work! * Unlimited access to Claude Code and best-in-class AI tools; experimentation & building is encouraged & celebrated. * Pension scheme & match up to 4% * Peace of mind with life assurance, as well as comprehensive health and dental insurance for you and your dependents * Flexible paid time off policy * Paid maternity leave, as well as 6 weeks paternity leave for fathers, to let you spend valuable time with your loved ones * If you’re cycling, we’ve got you covered on the Cycle-to-Work Scheme. With secure bike storage too * MacBooks are our standard, but we also offer Windows for certain roles when needed. #LI-Hybrid Policies Fin has a hybrid working policy. We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least three days per week. We have a radically open and accepting culture at Fin. We avoid spending time on divisive subjects to foster a safe and cohesive work environment for everyone. As an organization, our policy is to not advocate on behalf of the company or our employees on any social or political topics out of our internal or external communications. We respect personal opinion and expression on these topics on personal social platforms on personal time, and do not challenge or confront anyone for their views on non-work related topics. Our goal is to focus on doing incredible work to achieve our goals and unite the company through our core values [https://www.intercom.com/careers]. Fin values diversity and is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity. Fin will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.

Driven by our core values, we push boundaries, build with speed and intensity, and relentlessly deliver incredible value to our customers. WHAT'S THE OPPORTUNITY? Customer Agent is the next major evolution of Fin. We’re building toward a single AI agent that works across the full customer lifecycle, from support to sales to ecommerce, and eventually success. This role sits within a newer and fast-growing part of the organisation. The group is focused on expanding Fin beyond customer service into broader customer-facing jobs, building the product capabilities that allow one agent to work across multiple roles with shared context. The competitive landscape is intense. Fast-moving AI-native startups are shipping aggressively and going after the same deals we are. We need someone who thrives under that pressure and can maintain high standards while moving at startup speed. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * You’ll own strategically significant work streams end-to-end. * Be accountable for outcomes, not just delivery cadence or team health, but whether the work actually moved the needle. * Manage from the front line: deeply understanding the product, the customer problem, and the context. * Help shape teams operating in ambiguous spaces, especially where product direction is still emerging and close partnership with Product is essential. * Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Product, Design, Sales, and machine learning engineers and scientists where relevant. * Help build a seamless customer experience across sales, ecommerce, support and success, so customers interact with one agent experience rather than being passed between siloed systems. * Sometimes that means writing code yourself. Sometimes it means doing the analysis, driving cross-functional collaboration, or force-multiplying someone on your team who’s stuck. * You’ll bring together engineers who’ve never worked as a team, set high expectations, build momentum under aggressive timelines, and drive execution. * Develop senior engineers into leaders. We need someone who accelerates staff and senior engineers, gives direct, actionable feedback that changes outcomes, and grows the leadership capacity of the people around them. * Partner with the Engineering Director on group-level strategy: where to invest more, where we’re falling behind, and what we should stop doing to go harder somewhere else. * You’ll do all of this in an AI-first engineering culture. Every engineer has Claude Code with unlimited tokens and a sophisticated ecosystem of MCP servers, skills, and shared context. You’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-assisted development, both personally and through how you set up your teams. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The most important thing: you need to be an exceptional people leader and personally action-oriented. Not one or the other. We don’t want managers who are great with people but distant from the product. And we don’t want hands-on operators who neglect the leadership craft. You build high-performing teams and get personally stuck in to drive outcomes when it matters. Beyond that: * Product-minded, not process-minded. You understand what you’re building and why. You have opinions about the product, not just how the team operates. * Comfortable operating in early product formation. You can work through ambiguity, help shape direction with partners, and make sound calls even when the path isn’t fully defined. * Strong product engineering instincts. This role is better suited to someone who has worked in product-heavy environments and is excited by customer problems, roadmap shaping and fast iteration. * AI fluency. You’re actively experimenting with AI-assisted development, forming opinions about how it changes the way teams build software, and pushing your teams to adopt new ways of working. This is table stakes for this role. * Technically credible. You don’t need to be the deepest engineer in the room, but you can hold your own. You can review an architecture proposal and ask the right questions. Engineers respect your technical judgment. * Communication. You can explain to leadership why a team needs more investment, align multiple stakeholders around a complex project, have a difficult performance conversation, and unblock an engineer on a gnarly problem, all in the same day. * Extreme autonomy. You identify problems, form convictions, and act on them. If you’re the kind of manager who waits for direction, this isn’t the right role. * Critical thinking about the business. You understand what Fin is optimising for and translate that into team-level decisions. * This is an engineering management role for product teams building AI-powered customer experiences in close partnership with ML and adjacent teams, not a role directly managing ML engineers or ML scientists. WHY FIN, WHY NOW? Fin is #1, and the race is heating up. We built the leading AI agent for customer service, but fast-moving AI-native startups are coming for this space. The engineering decisions made in the next 12 months will determine who wins. Fin has been building for 15 years: deep product, massive customer base, strong revenue. But unlike most legacy SaaS companies, we made a successful pivot to AI. While most of SaaS trends down, Fin trends up. We recently raised $250M to go even further even faster. Every employee gets Claude Code with unlimited Opus 4.6 tokens and 1M context. We're investing heavily in platform capabilities (MCP servers, skills, shared tooling) that make AI-assisted development genuinely transformative. You'll be at the sharp edge of figuring out what this means for how teams work. Big enough to have real resources, customers, and revenue. Small enough that you have genuine agency. Bold enough to make decisions that most companies of this size wouldn't. You come to Fin if you want the impact of a startup with the backing of a company that's been winning for 15 years. BENEFITS We are a well treated bunch, with awesome benefits! If there’s something important to you that’s not on this list, talk to us! * Competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing start-up. * We serve lunch every weekday, plus a variety of snack foods and a fully stocked kitchen. * Regular compensation reviews - we reward great work! * Pension scheme & match up to 4%. * Peace of mind with life assurance, as well as comprehensive health and dental insurance for you and your dependents. * Flexible paid time off policy. * Paid maternity leave, as well as 6 weeks paternity leave for fathers, to let you spend valuable time with your loved ones. * If you’re cycling, we’ve got you covered on the Cycle-to-Work Scheme.
