Purpose of this role We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Client Project Manager to support the continued growth, global alignment and innovation of one of our biggest clients. This role will play a key part in coordinating strategic campaigns, supporting new market launches, identifying innovative partnership opportunities and ensuring client benefits from a consistent, best-practice approach across markets. The Head of UK Sales is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for the growth, performance, and governance of ThinkMarkets’ UK retail sales operation. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role owns the UK retail sales strategy end-to-end, from lead conversion and client activation through to retention, revenue growth, and team performance. The role combines hands-on sales leadership, analytical rigour, and strong regulatory discipline within a highly competitive and regulated environment. Key Responsibilities : Sales Leadership & Performance * Lead, develop, and scale the UK Retail Sales team, embedding a high-performance, accountable sales culture. * Set clear KPIs, targets, and quality standards aligned to commercial and regulatory objectives. * Coach and mentor sales staff, with a focus on quality conversations and long-term client value. * Own recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management of the UK sales function. Commercial Strategy & Growth * Define and execute the UK retail sales strategy in line with group commercial objectives. * Drive conversion, activation, retention, and revenue growth across both the CFD/FX and Spread Betting segments. * Translate market conditions, macroeconomic trends, and client behaviour into actionable sales initiatives. * Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across products, client segments, and campaigns. Client Lifecycle & Optimisation * Own the sales contribution across the full retail client lifecycle. * Work closely with Sales Operations and CRM teams to implement structured sales frameworks, segmentation, and grading models. * Use data and reporting to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimise conversion and retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance * Partner with Marketing to align lead generation, campaigns, and messaging with sales execution. * Work with Product and Technology teams to support automation and tooling that enhance sales effectiveness. * Collaborate closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure all sales activity meets FCA requirements and internal standards. * Deliver clear, regular reporting on sales performance, revenue, and conduct metrics to the CCO and senior management. Requirements : * 5+ years’ experience in sales leadership within a regulated online trading environment covering CFDs/FX and Spread Betting. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is required. * Proven track record of building and leading high-performing retail sales teams. * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth objectives with regulatory and conduct obligations. * Deep understanding of UK retail trading clients, products, pricing, leverage, competitors and client behaviour. * Demonstrated experience operating under FCA regulation, with a strong focus on responsible selling and client outcomes. * Highly analytical, with experience using CRM systems and performance reporting. * Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

WHAT WE DO * The Game Security team is responsible for protecting our players, our games, and intellectual property from malicious actors. * We work across multiple disciplines to detect, deter, and disrupt threats impacting the player experience. * We work closely with other teams to enforce, support, and improve security solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES * Leverage extensive subject matter expertise to develop and support anti-cheat initiatives and protect the integrity of our live service titles. * Lead, mentor, and manage a talented and cross functional team engaged in day-to-day anti-cheat operations for our online titles. * Set team priorities, allocate resources effectively, and plan for future growth to meet organisational objectives. * Establish and standardise operational processes, tools, and best practices. * Contribute to the development and monitoring of key risk and performance indicators in partnership with our analytics and insights team. * Partner closely with product management, production, and leadership to define technology, tooling, and process advancements required to protect the online player experience. REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of experience in game security, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or related security functions. * 3+ years of experience leading high performing teams, particularly in geographically dispersed locations. * Experience supporting the ongoing operations of a live service or large-scale AAA multiplayer game. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills and a strong track record interfacing with technical and non-technical personnel at a variety of levels. * Strong ability to translate goals at a strategic business level into actionable, operational objectives. * Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to distil complex and nuanced issues into structured frameworks and processes. * A passion for building resilient, competent, and co-operative teams.
