We're all about helping brands turn ideas into impact.
Frontify’s brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. Our people empower thousands of marketers and designers — including teams at Uber, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Telefónica — to build engaging brands.
With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we’re on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you’re ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading!
Your team
Your new colleagues are a curious, quick-thinking, and open-minded bunch who work toward one goal: To spread the word of Frontify – a home for brands.
Your mission
We're looking for a midweight maker who thinks like a creative, but isn’t allergic to systems. Your inclination is to focus on the idea — what we’re inviting our audiences to consider the thing that makes someone take notice, the signs of life behind a piece of communication. You'll join our in-house studio to help us take the everyday output (external- and internal-facing) of a scale-up organization and make it genuinely interesting.
This isn't a leadership role. We're not expecting you to own projects end-to-end or manage stakeholders solo. What we need is a sharp creative generalist who can jump into any brief, bring ideas to the table, execute it well, and make everything around you better. You'll work alongside creative leads, designers, and writers, contributing ideas and craft rather than running the show.
You'll get the variety and creative energy of agency work without the constant pitching and client churn — plus the stability and context of being embedded in one organization. You'll never be short of interesting problems to solve.
MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO and now in Cape Town South Africa! The Customer Design team, a branch of the MOO Creative Department, is a group of highly talented and efficient graphic designers primarily tasked with servicing our valuable Business Customers. This is an exciting opportunity in our Cape Town hub for an mid level graphic designer who can produce high-quality, impactful layouts that capture and promote our Business Customers' vision under tight deadlines. This role requires organization, collaboration, creativity and a keen eye for detail, all executed with clear communication amongst internal stakeholders and external partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our London studio, someone who wants to create the best work of their career and play a meaningful role in shaping bold, idea-led brands. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thrives on ideation and craft in equal measure. You’ll work across brand identity systems, campaigns, communications and brand worlds, helping to define clear, single-minded ideas and expressing them with distinctive personality. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, strategists and writers to translate human insight into compelling ideas, and ideas into beautifully crafted outcomes. You’ll help set the standard for creative excellence within the studio, presenting work internally and to clients with clarity and confidence. Alongside delivering your own projects, you’ll mentor more junior designers and contribute to a culture that values candour, curiosity and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who understands that great design goes beyond decoration, that it’s creative problem solving. Someone who can bring together words, image, motion and experience to build brands that endure. You’ll present work internally and to clients, contribute to raising the bar for craft, mentor midweight and junior designers, and bring positive energy to the team. Above all, you’ll help create work that moves people, culturally, emotionally and commercially. ABOUT YOU You are a senior-level designer with strong conceptual thinking and exceptional craft. Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to find a relevant human insight and translate it into a clear idea, expressed with confidence and personality. You move comfortably between identity systems, campaigns and broader brand worlds, and you understand how to take work from concept through to delivery without losing its original intent. You’re comfortable presenting and discussing your work, asking smart questions and constructively challenging briefs to push the thinking further. You respond well to feedback and know how to lead creatively without casting a shadow. You care deeply about the quality of what you put into the world, and you elevate the people around you in the process. You are culturally aware, creatively ambitious and motivated by the opportunity to create work that could be award-winning, but more importantly, work that genuinely connects. Breadth of experience across international brands, challengers or culturally relevant organisations is valuable, as is a curiosity about how brands show up in contemporary culture. WHY US? We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We’re proud to be the world’s most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual’s Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You’ll get to take new projects to award-winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world. We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process. Design Bridge and Partners, a WPP company, is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect in which everyone feels they belong and has the same opportunities to progress in their careers. Due to the volume of applications, we unfortunately can only respond to successful candidates. We will not accept unsolicited CVs or approaches via recruitment agencies. #LI-DNI #LI-DNP
ABOUT US STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments. We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems, not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe today. YOUR MISSION We are looking for a Midweight/Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our in-house visual content team. You will be a true editorial partner who owns the post-production pipeline end-to-end, working closely with the Head of Design & Brand and the Visual Content Manager. We aren't looking for someone to just take orders and stitch clips together. You will be a creative collaborator who pushes back on direction, offers "Plan B" solutions on the timeline, and understands how to visualize invisible engineering and raw performance in a way that feels natural, not forced. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the edit from ingest to final delivery for high-end campaigns, technical deep-dives, and social assets. * Craft compelling stories that communicate the nuances of complex hardware and autonomous systems. * Handle professional color grading (utilizing ACES/DWG workflows) and immersive sound design natively within DaVinci Resolve. * Design and animate clean, functional 2D graphics and technical overlays that explain data and engineering concepts clearly. * Create large-scale motion design assets for trade show LED screens and global advertising campaigns. * Work with 3D product renders to composite them naturally into live-action shots, ensuring a seamless blend of digital and physical assets. * Actively contribute to the creative process by identifying narrative problems and proposing superior editorial solutions. QUALIFICATIONS * Bring 5–10 years of experience shaping stories within the outdoor, technical hardware, or high-performance lifestyle industries. * Operate as a DaVinci Resolve Expert by using the platform as your "home base" for high-end editing, professional color grading, and sound design. * Demonstrate After Effects Fluency through the creation of technical overlays and motion graphics that elevate the broader narrative. * Showcase 3D Proficiency as an added bonus, specifically with tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, or Unreal Engine for complex compositing. * Apply your Technical Sensibility to effectively market complex physical products and visualize high-performance engineering concepts. * Maintain a Collaborative Mindset in our fast-paced environment, where you’ll provide creative push-back and meaningful editorial insight. * Present a Portfolio/Reel that highlights a keen eye for pacing, color, and the use of motion design to enhance storytelling. HOW TO APPLY If this sounds like the kind of work you want to be doing, we'd love to see your reel. We are mainly looking to understand your sense of pacing, your eye for color, and how your motion work supports the broader story. If you have any "Before & After" breakdowns of your grades or compositing, please include them, we love seeing how our team builds their work.
