Professionals Nord söker i samarbete med Axentia en Teknisk koordinator. Axentia är en ledande leverantör av system och hårdvara för informationsdisplayer till operatörer inom kollektivtrafiken. Företaget befinner sig i en fortsatt tillväxtfas och arbetar med kunder både i Sverige och internationellt. Rollen utgår från huvudkontoret i Linköping och ingår i Support- och serviceteamet.
Uppdraget är en del av vår personaluthyrning. Du kommer att vara anställd av Professionals Nord och arbeta som konsult hos Axentia under 6 månader. Intentionen är att du på sikt ska bli direktanställd hos dem, förutsatt att alla parter är nöjda med samarbetet.
Som Customer Software Engineer hos Axentia arbetar du med teknisk support samtidigt som du ansvarar för hela flödet kring mjukvaru- och firmwareuppdateringar av fältplacerade displayer. Rollen innebär att analysera tekniska problem, driva förbättringar och planera uppdateringar i nära samarbete med utvecklings-, produkt- och supportteam.
Felsöka och analysera komplexa mjukvarurelaterade problem samt viss hårdvara
Ansvara för mjukvaru- och firmwareuppdateringar samt hela releaseflödet
Planera och kommunicera uppdateringar och tidsplaner med kund, ta fram release notes och säkerställa korrekt leverans
Samverka med utveckling och andra avdelningar för att driva lösningar framåt
Rapportera och delta i kvalitetsutredningar och följa upp eventuella förbättringsåtgärder
Stödja support- och serviceteamet i relaterade arbetsuppgifter
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT, data, programmering eller motsvarande relevant arbetslivserfarenhet
Några års erfarenhet inom IT, support, drift, systemhantering eller liknande tekniska roller
Erfarenhet av att koordinera, planera eller genomföra releaser, produktionssättningar, deploymenter eller förändringar i mjukvarumiljöer
Grundläggande Linux-kunskaper
Kunskaper inom backend-programmering och databaser
Grundläggande förståelse för elektronik, kretsteori eller hårdvara – även på hobbynivå
Goda kunskaper i Windows och Office
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av supportarbete eller kundnära tekniska roller.
För att trivas i rollen hos Axentia behöver du vara en lösningsorienterad person med stort tekniskt intresse och förmåga att arbeta strukturerat. Du driver ditt arbete framåt på ett självständigt sätt, tar initiativ och ser till att saker blir gjorda.
