At Atwell, you'll lead meaningful land development projects, work closely with developers and municipalities, and have the autonomy to influence both project success and the growth of our local practice. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and site development projects throughout the Seattle/Puget Sound region. * Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and site civil improvements. * Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction. * Navigate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and agencies. * Collaborate directly with clients, helping turn development opportunities into successful projects. * Contribute to the continued growth of Atwell's land development presence in the Seattle market. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Professional Engineer (PE) license. * 4+ years of civil land development experience. * Experience with site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and entitlement/permitting processes. * Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Preferred * Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD. * Familiarity with Seattle-area jurisdictions and permitting requirements. * Strong client-facing and project management skills.
