Om rollen som Area Manager
I denna roll ansvarar du för personal och kunder inom vårt affärsområde One Time, vilket omfattar Hemfrids engångsuppdrag snarare än återkommande abonnemangstjänster. Du har ett fullt personal- och kundansvar inom segmentet och arbetar aktivt för att säkerställa hög kvalitet, stark kundnöjdhet och en effektiv leverans.
Du leder och stöttar en grupp kollektivanställda medarbetare som utför våra tjänster ute hos kund, samtidigt som du ansvarar för kundrelationerna inom affärsområdet. I rollen ansvarar du för allt från schemaläggning och resursplanering till bemanning, rekrytering och kunddialog. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och har en viktig roll i att skapa engagemang, kvalitet och tillväxt inom ditt geografiska område.
Tjänsten är placerad i Katrineholm, men du ansvarar även för One Time-affären i Norrköping. Det innebär att du reser till Norrköping cirka 2–3 dagar i veckan för att vara nära verksamheten, stötta medarbetare och utveckla affären lokalt. För detta har du tillgång till tjänstebil.

Proudly operating as a member of North American Rail Solutions (NARS), American Track is seeking an experienced Area Manager to facilitate sales and operational efforts within the assigned region. This role is the key leader in all aspects of the organization including safety, productivity, and effectiveness of sales, administrative, and operational functions. Successful candidates possess operational expertise and the ability to work in an autonomous environment and lead their team to profitability and positive key performance metrics.
