Som Facility Coordinator hos Sodexo blir du navet som håller ihop både service och teknik i en internationell kundmiljö inom tillverkande industri. Du utgår från Värmland och kundens site i Sunne, med regelbundna besök på en anläggning i Västra Götaland, närmare bestämt Fjällbacka. Du kombinerar struktur och administration med närvaro ute i verksamheten – perfekt för dig som trivs i ett högt tempo, gillar problemlösning och vill skapa en arbetsplats där allt fungerar som det ska.
Som Facility Coordinator hos Sodexo blir du en central del av vårt FM‑uppdrag för en internationell kund inom tillverkande industri. Du kommer att arbeta i ett uppdrag med höga krav på leverans, tempo och kvalitet. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och kombinerar struktur och administration med praktisk samordning på plats. Här får du en roll där du skapar ordning, driver serviceleveransen framåt och ser till att både människor och relaterade miljöer inom produktion och kontor fungerar optimalt.
Rollen innebär även regelbundna resor till mellan kundens två anläggningar.

Du arbetar för att skapa en trivsam, trygg och välfungerande arbetsmiljö. Det innebär att:
följa upp städning, avfallshantering och andra serviceleveranser
skapa intiativ enligt arbetsplatstjänster för säkerställa workplace satisfaction
samordna säkerhet och passersystem
hantera internservice, beställningar samt felanmälningar för att koordinera åtgärder
Du är länken mellan kund, leverantörer och verksamhet — och ser till att vardagen flyter.
Administration & FM‑uppföljning – struktur som gör skillnad
En stor del av rollen handlar om att skapa ordning och ge stöd i FM‑leveransen. Det innebär att:
hantera avtal, fakturor och beställningar
uppdatera FM‑ och fastighetssystem
stötta förvaltare och projektledare med administration
planera och följa upp drift‑, underhålls‑ och serviceplaner
hålla koll på budget, SLA:er och KPI:er
Det är du som ser till att allt dokumenteras, följs upp och landar rätt.
Erfarenhet av Facility Management, fastighet eller liknande område
God systemvana och administrativ trygghet, särskilt inom Excel
Förståelse för fastighetsteknik
Mycket goda kunskaper svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
B‑körkort och tillgång till egen bil
Du är bekväm med att fördela din tid mellan de två enheterna, Sunne och Fjällbacka
Förmåga att hantera flera parallella uppgifter i ett högt tempo
Erfarenhet av projektledning och leverantörsstyrning

This role serves as a key resource for facility services, workplace support, shipping and receiving operations, office moves, conference room setup, and furniture management. Shipping & Receiving * Receive and distribute shipments throughout the Home Office. * Deliver office supply inventory, including paper and envelopes, to departments. * Process outgoing shipments using the FedEx shipping system. * Assist with shipment preparation and distribution of materials to the Sales Force. * Coordinate shipping and receiving activities while maintaining accurate records.
