At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.
More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of
greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.
Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of
retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our
marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.
We’re growing fast: Our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000 active partners across 21 countries, have together
already saved over 500 million meals from going to waste
In 2023, Too Good To Go was recognised on Fortune's acclaimed 'Change the World' list, named as one of Deloitte's 'Best Managed
Companies' and won a coveted 'Cultural Impact Award' at the annual Apple App Store Awards.

ABOUT THE JOB At Flatpay, we're building products that make running a business simpler. Flatpay is one of Europe's fastest-growing fintechs. Founded in Copenhagen in 2022, we've grown to more than 100,000 merchants across seven European markets and continue to expand rapidly. We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the experiences that connect merchants with their customers - from the moment a customer decides to visit or order, through fulfillment, payment, and daily operations inside the business. You'll work closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, and merchants to build products that become part of a merchant's everyday workflow. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll own products that sit at the intersection of consumer experience and merchant operations. Think less about payment terminals, and more about what happens before, during, and after the transaction. Your work may include areas such as: * Customer ordering journeys across physical and digital channels * Merchant workflows for managing incoming customer requests * Staff-facing operational experiences * Fulfilment and order lifecycle management * Merchant productivity and operational efficiency * Experiences that connect customer-facing journeys with what happens inside the business We care much more about solving merchant problems than shipping feature lists. What success looks like You understand how merchants actually operate. You spend time in restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and service businesses watching real work happen. You know where friction exists between customers placing orders and staff fulfilling them. You simplify those workflows without adding unnecessary complexity. You collaborate with our "Online" teams and ensure great merchant experience. We'd love to meet you if you have experience building products for * Hospitality or restaurant software * Commerce platforms * Omnichannel retail * Point-of-sale platforms * Online ordering * Booking and reservation systems * Workforce management * Last-mile fulfilment You don't need experience in all of these. But you've probably built products where digital experiences meet real-world operations. WHO YOU ARE * You have 4–8+ years of product management experience. * You're comfortable owning products end-to-end, from discovery through delivery. * You have a strong product instinct and spend time with customers before deciding what to build. * You know how to balance in-person merchant feedback, business priorities, and engineering constraints. * You care about outcomes more than outputs. * You're comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve as we learn. * Experience with payments is helpful but not required. * Experience building operational products for merchants is highly desirable. WHY FLATPAY? Merchants don't think in terms of online versus offline. Neither do we. We're building products that help merchants run their businesses across every customer touchpoint. That means solving problems that span software, operations, payments, and customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to shape products used by thousands of businesses across Europe while working in a team that values speed, ownership, and close collaboration with customers.
