We are now looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Lead to join the global team at Too Good To Go in Copenhagen Your mission You will use your outstanding creative skills to bring Too Good To Go’s mission, brand, and products to our consumers and businesses across numerous channels, bringing art direction excellence to our creative assets used globally to drive engagement and help us make a huge impact in the fight against food waste. Embracing our guidelines, identity and tone of voice you’ll be a brand guardian and work in close collaboration across marketing and particularly with the creative department and digital marketing. Your role: * Elevate the quality of our marketing campaigns and creative output through stronger concepts, sharper execution, and high creative standards. * Be an integral part of the creative leadership team led by the Director of Brand & Creative, collaborating closely with the Head of Design and Head of Creative Production. * Lead and inspire a team of creatives, copywriters, and creative managers to deliver exceptional ideas, craft, and storytelling across channels. * Shape and improve brand identity through strong art direction across activations, design, video, social, and campaign development. * Balance brand building creativity with performance-driven thinking to create work that is both commercially effective and culturally engaging. * Lead by example through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on creative direction, supporting both personal growth and professional development within the team. * Present concepts, sketches, storyboards, and creative rationale clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders and leadership teams. * Explore and integrate emerging creative technologies, including AI tools and workflows, to enhance ideation, production, and creative excellence. Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar Senior Creative Lead or Associate Creative Director role, ideally with agency experience. * Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, art direction, and high quality campaign execution across multiple channels. * Extensive experience within performance marketing, with the ability to create innovative concepts that drive both brand impact and business results. * Expert in conceptual development, visual storytelling, and creative problem solving. * Experience leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams and department leads. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting creative work to senior leadership. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and fast-moving projects. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma with experience across multimedia content, design, and video production. * Familiarity with AI creative tools and emerging technologies as part of modern creative development workflows. ABOUT THE TEAM The Global CVM team is a passionate and diverse group of people and we’re responsible for the value of our customer base and making them stay in the service. We are focused on campaigns and every aspect of commercial thinking like cross-sell, upsell, and winback. Your job will be to work closely together with local markets in order to deliver, execute and follow up on initiatives. You will also work closely with the CRM team who are responsible for our marketing automation platform and engagement strategy. In this role you will work closely with a range of markets and discuss priorities with the local Country Managers and Marketing Managers. Your role will be both to analyze customer data, present and discuss findings with the local market and initiate initiatives to improve our key metrics. You will also be required to build flows or campaigns in our CRM Marketing Automation tool Braze. This includes finding the right communication channel, adapting copy and images to the system, segmenting users to maximize effect, send out communication and follow up. There is a focus on scalability and leveraging AI to improve our processes, so your input and sparring on how to automate and scale will be valued and help us do more with our current resources to support the company growth. You will also work with e-commerce when it comes to book sales of individual titles and help grow this newly launched area. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Stakeholder management of the markets you are responsible for * Analyze data in order to create initiatives to mitigate customers leaving the service * Discuss initiatives and support local activities in order to increase customer base * Cross-sell, up-sell and win-back in your markets * Follow up and measure impact of initiatives and report to stakeholders * Knowledge sharing with the rest of the organization * Studying changes in key metrics and long-term trends * Think commercially and look for ways to improve our metrics * Take part in projects such as churn-reduction or new subscription type roll out WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE: * Minimum 3-4 years of expertise within CRM - preferably with Braze experience * Experience from both e-commerce and subscription services will be a big benefit * Analytical mind set and used to work with data * Enjoys discussing CRM initiatives with multiple stakeholders and find solutions to improve key metrics * Min bachelor’s degree with a preference in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business & Management, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience * Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets savvy and have experience with BI tools like Looker or other dashboards. * Good AI understanding and how to apply it in a CRM context * Business level of English, fluent in writing and spoken word We believe you'll be a great addition to our small, agile team. In the B2B CRM team at Too Good To Go, we empower our partner stores to fight food waste through engaging, action-oriented communications at scale. We’re now looking for a B2B CRM Lead to take over the reins, so that we continue bringing forth this mission. Your Mission You'll work day to day with stakeholders across Product, Data, Commercial, and Marketing to develop and execute against the B2B CRM roadmap. You’ll be a key evangelist for the power of B2B CRM to retain and optimise our partner stores and their supply on the app. From product launches to experimentation to data activations, you set the direction and are dogged in the pursuit of improving the efficiency of our retention and growth engine cross-functionally. You’ll also lead and advise our team of CRM Managers and freelancers – whose expertise spans both technical and strategic – to release, optimise and scale engaging campaigns, lifecycle programmes, and partner communications globally, both adhoc and automated. This can mean advising on new channel implementations from a strategic standpoint, exploring the MarTech ecosystem and what it can offer for omni-channel, personalisation, and/or AI-decisioning improvements, or even translating adhoc efforts into repeatable frameworks through experimentation. What we're looking for Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can recognise when business opportunities can and should benefit from being folded into the CRM landscape. You will shine in this role if you can think big, and convince others, about how targeted, scalable lifecycle communications align with our north star of saving more food. While we value some technical expertise in marketing automation, CRM or B2B SaaS technologies, we also appreciate your project management skills and ability to juggle priorities to get the job done. Responsibilities * Oversee strategy behind and execution of B2B marketing planned campaigns, lifecycle marketing automated programs and operational communications * Prioritise defined company priorities – and advocate for them cross-functionally – in the B2B CRM roadmap * Work closely with the CRM, Product, Marketing & Commercial teams to scope requests and new ideas for features, automations, adhoc comms, and messaging formats * Mentor team members on project prioritisation against strategic goals and establish best practices for scalable, efficient CRM work * Set the direction for data activation, data-driven insights and proper reporting/attribution work to be able to understand and communicate business impact of CRM efforts, using an experimentation framework for testing and iterative improvements Requirements * Experience leading CRM, retention, lifecycle or marketing automation teams * Track record of improving B2B lifecycles, lead-gen funnels and/or SaaS comms * Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) * MarTech understanding of CDPs like HighTouch, Census or Segment, and a product analytics and experimentation platform like Amplitude or MixPanel * Strategy- and partner-centric, with the ability to think through and deliver against what you believe our supplying partners need and want most * A great communicator who is able to win the hearts and minds of stakeholders across different departments * A self-starter with an adaptable work-style - able to get results in a fast-paced environment * A team player - willing to go the extra mile to meet tight deadlines and an ability to inspire and motivate team members to do the same * Able to work effectively remotely when required Good to have * B2B marketing background preferred; marketplace or two-sided platform experience a bonus * Braze experience is a bonus but not a barrier * Knowledge of the broader Salesforce ecosystem like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud or similar Our values * We win together: Food waste is a big beast to fight.
