Au sein de l’équipe PR & Influence
Rattaché(e) à la Manager PR & Influence EMEA, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de la visibilité et de l'engagement
de Polène sur la région EMEA.
Vous participerez à l’exécution de stratégies sur les réseaux sociaux, à la gestion des relations avec les influenceurs et
talents, au suivi des communications produits, à la veille médiatique ainsi qu’à l’organisation logistique des événements et
rendez-vous en boutique.
Votre rôle sera dynamique et varié, nécessitant d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles, une grande attention aux détails, un
esprit analytique et une réelle passion pour la mode et les relations publiques dans le secteur du luxe.

Within the Public Relations & Influence team Reporting to the PR & Influence Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in developing Polène’s visibility and engagement across the EMEA region. You will contribute to the execution of social media strategies, manage relationships with influencers and talents, oversee product communications, monitor media coverage, and support the logistical organization of events and in-store appointments. This dynamic and varied role requires strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a genuine passion for fashion and public relations within the luxury sector. Your responsibilities will include: * Social media strategy execution: Contribute to the rollout of the brand’s visibility strategy across social media platforms in the EMEA region. You will work closely with the PR Manager EMEA to ensure content aligns with the brand image on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. * Creative initiatives with VIPs and influencers: Continuously identify innovative collaboration opportunities with talents and celebrities aligned with current industry trends. Develop engagement strategies to strengthen Polène’s presence in the EMEA market. * Influencer relations & gifting: Manage daily influencer gifting programs by coordinating shipments with our atelier and ensuring smooth delivery processes. Act as the main point of contact for talents and agents for gifting campaigns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with the brand. * Brand communication: Share updates on product launches, brand news, store openings, and other key moments. Ensure all communications are consistent with Polène’s tone and overall strategy. * Media monitoring: Track daily mentions of Polène across media and social platforms. Compile regular reports using monitoring tools and analyze the impact of media coverage. * Event and appointment coordination: Organize in-store visits, events, and press appointments in our Paris locations. Handle logistics and ensure smooth coordination with boutique teams. * Paid collaborations & partnerships: Support the identification, negotiation, and execution of paid collaborations with influencers and talents, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, budgets, and expected performance outcomes. * Craftsmanship ateliers & experiences: Create and organize exclusive craftsmanship ateliers and immersive brand experiences for influencers and VIPs, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and elevated execution. * Administrative support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the PR team, including managing schedules, preparing documents, tracking budgets, and facilitating the organization of events and influencer visits. Our expectations * You have at least 3 years of experience in Public Relations in the fashion or luxury industry. * You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus. * You are curious, well-organized, and demonstrate a strong interest in fashion, luxury, and communication. * A solid understanding of the fashion industry and social media, along with a sharp sense of trends, is required. * You are proficient with digital tools, particularly Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. * You are detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Within the Collection Team Within the Collection team, you will join a team of 14 people and report directly to our Head of Collection. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and management of our exceptional projects collections (collaborations, limited editions, upcycling initiatives, etc.) as well as our small leather goods and charms collections. 1. Product Development Management * Ensure operational follow-up and management of product development in collaboration with the Design, Sourcing, and Workshop teams (Paris and Spain). * Oversee prototype and sample tracking with workshops and suppliers (receipt, inventory, labeling, photography, etc.). * Manage the development of bag components (metal hardware, cords, and other accessories). * Create technical product sheets for each prototype received, highlighting required modifications in coordination with the Design and Workshop teams. * Update product specifications and bills of materials by collecting information from suppliers and workshops within the dedicated ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. * Support the sourcing of components, new suppliers, and manufacturers. * Manage and track press, image, and retail sample sets, coordinating product logistics for photoshoots, PR activities, and related projects with internal teams. * Conduct trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market research. * Monitor the performance of existing products. 2. Operational Management * Organize collection meetings and validation committees. * Act as the daily point of contact for internal teams and suppliers/manufacturers. * Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth information flow throughout the development cycle and adherence to deadlines. * Update tracking tools, including timelines, collection plans, and project schedules. * Prepare cost sheets for each project. * Create and update PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials. * Produce product descriptions and presentation documents for other departments (training materials, etc.). * Contribute to the continuous improvement of collection tools and processes. * Produce regular progress reports on product developments as well as monthly reporting. Our expectations * You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the leather goods or fashion industry. * You are comfortable coordinating projects and are proficient with the associated tools and software (knowledge of SAP is a plus). * You are highly organized, able to work effectively under tight deadlines, and enjoy collaborating within a team environment. * You are fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus. * You have a strong affinity for the world of leather goods, craftsmanship, and artisanal excellence.
