Engineering Change Manager - Program Management Location: On-Site / Remote / Hybrid Department: Program Management Reports To: Sr. Director of Program Management Employment Type: Full-Time ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an experienced Engineering Change Manager to lead our Engineering Change Control Board (CCB) and oversee the end-to-end engineering change management process. This role is responsible for ensuring that all product, process, and design changes are properly evaluated, documented, approved, and implemented — balancing engineering rigor, regulatory compliance, cost, schedule, and risk. You'll chair change review meetings, drive cross-functional alignment, and act as the gatekeeper ensuring changes don't compromise product quality, safety, or configuration integrity.
