We're looking for product managers who own the outcome, not just the output - people who can hold the user problem, the business
goal, and the client relationship in one hand while keeping delivery on track with the other. This is a delivery-led product role:
you'll shape what gets built and why, then make sure it ships. Whether you're building your craft or already setting the standard,
we want to hear from you.
We hire across levels. Here’s what each looks like at OH-SO:
Junior Product Manager
You're building your product craft with close support. You gather requirements, document decisions, and translate stakeholder
input into clear specs - and you're learning to connect each of those back to the user problem and business goal behind them. You
support scope, budget, and delivery tracking on a single project, and you're starting to see how product decisions ripple into
commercials, delivery, and client outcomes. You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to draft requirements, synthesise
research, and prepare first-pass reporting - with everything reviewed and refined before it goes further.
Intermediate Product Manager (typically 2–3+ years)
You own a product or workstream end-to-end, independently and with light oversight. You own the case for what gets built and why -
prioritising against user value and business goals, not just shipping to spec - and you own scope, budget, and delivery against
contract, handling change and scope deviations properly and keeping the commercial and delivery sides aligned. You're confident in
front of clients and teams, spot risks early, and act before projects drift off course. You use AI autonomously for reporting,
requirement synthesis, and scenario planning, and exercise your own judgement on quality before anything ships.
Senior Product Manager (typically 5+ years)
You lead product ownership across complex, multi-workstream projects. You're accountable for the product outcome - the decisions
that keep what's built connected to real user needs and business reality, not only delivery against contract — while steering
scope, budget, and stakeholder alignment end-to-end. You're skilled at navigating change, commercially sharp, and ready to grow
beyond a single project: helping build and evolve OH-SO's product and delivery capability, and establishing the standards and ways
of working the rest of the team calibrates against. You use AI to define new ways of working across product and delivery, not just
execute established ones.

WHAT TO EXPECT We’re looking for people who are excited by delivery, client relationships, and where AI is reshaping both — from structuring complex projects end-to-end to the AI-driven ways of working we’re building for enterprise clients right now. Whether you’re building your craft or already leading complex, multi-workstream projects, we want to hear from you. YOUR COMPETENCIES We hire across levels. Here’s what each looks like at OH-SO: Junior PCM You’re learning the profession with close support. Comfortable delivering operational tasks within an established system — tracking timings and task lists, preparing meetings, documenting decisions — while starting to understand how delivery, commercials, client-needs, and product intent connect. You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) to draft status updates, summarize notes, and prepare first-pass briefings — with everything reviewed and refined before it leaves your hands. Intermediate PCM You own small to mid-sized projects end-to-end — timings, resourcing, briefings, budgets — delivered independently with light oversight. On your projects, you manage expectations, and can spot gaps in scope, priorities, or decision-making that need clarification. You use AI confidently for first-draft briefs, status reports, capacity planning, and synthesizing client feedback, and you exercise your own judgement on quality before anything is shared. Senior PCM (typically 5+ years) You lead complex projects across multiple workstreams and disciplines from brief to outcome, owning the client relationship as primary contact at project level, the commercial health of the project, and the development of the PCMs around you. You negotiate priorities and budgets with confidence, actively surface trade-offs and product implications, and know when stronger product leadership needs to be brought in.You use AI to push further into planning and orchestration — scenario modelling, automated reporting, synthesis across workstreams — to define new ways of working. What you bring to the table, at any level: * Experience in a project management, client services, or delivery role at an agency, consultancy, or in-house team * A genuine interest in how AI is changing project delivery, client management, and commercial steering * The ability to take complex, ambiguous information and synthesise it into clear priorities, timings, and recommendations * Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and commercial steering — day rates, contribution margins, change requests (Level-dependent) * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clients and cross-functional teams alike * Openness to collaborating with cross-functional teams — from strategists to designers to developers — as well as directly with clients * Fluent German (C1+) and English, written and verbal
WHAT WE BUILD Most companies find out about supplier insolvencies, cyber attacks, factory fires or floods that affect their supply chain when it's already a crisis. Prewave exists to change that. We're an AI-native company giving BMW Group, Hilti and Lufthansa real-time visibility into supply chain risks before they become headlines. We're looking for a Product Manager who takes ownership of complex, resilient B2B workflows and customer activation from day one. Someone who uses AI as a default part of how they work - and knows when to trust their own judgment. WHAT YOU'LL OWN * Take end-to-end ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth path for new customers from signup to full product adoption. * Act as the connective bridge between Customer Success Operations, Sales, Data Management, and Engineering, aligning priorities across teams without formal reporting authority over them. * Manage dependencies across engineering domains — including integrations, resilience, and supply chain data — to keep onboarding workstreams unblocked and moving. * Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and how the onboarding journey connects to Prewave's broader product ecosystem. * Prioritize internal process improvement and dependency management, working closely with key engineering contacts to remove friction from the onboarding experience. * Operate within our Shape Up framework (6 weeks of building, 2 weeks of cool-down/planning), shaping and scoping onboarding-related work each cycle. * Collaborate with design and cross-functional stakeholders to continuously refine onboarding workflows as the company scales. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are the right fit if you: * 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a focus on internal tooling, operations, or process-driven products rather than purely technical/feature development. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Data, Engineering) around shared priorities. * Demonstrated ownership mentality — comfortable driving end-to-end outcomes without direct authority over the teams you depend on. * Solid understanding of dependency management within complex, multi-team processes. * Openness and enthusiasm toward using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Gemini, OpenAI-based tools) to support analytical workflows — curiosity over skepticism. * Based in or willing to work from Vienna, with in-office presence expected two days per week on average. Nice to have: * Experience working within or adjacent to Shape Up or similar iterative/cycle-based product methodologies. * Familiarity with onboarding, activation, or customer success workflows specifically. * Exposure to supply chain risk, data management, or B2B SaaS environments. * Experience working with integrations or resilience-related engineering teams. * Comfort operating in ambiguous, less-technical PM contexts where influence and alignment matter more than direct execution. WHAT'S OUR WORKING STYLE We're a resilient AI-native team building an AI-native resilience product - and we hire for both. For us, AI-native has always meant humans and AI working together, not one replacing the other. We use tools like Claude & Gemini as a normal part of the job, to think faster, work smarter and spend less time on the repetitive stuff. We treat AI fluency as a skill like any other - something you build, experiment with and keep developing. What goes with that is real ownership. You'll have the space and the trust to figure things out your way - with a strong team around you and plenty of support when you need it. Things move fast here and the brief won't always be complete, but that's what makes the work interesting. The people who do best at Prewave are curious by default, go after things rather than wait to be handed them, and don't lose their footing when the plan changes. We score six values in every interview - creating positive impact, optimising for customer value, being an ambitious innovator, operating with urgency, doing things that make sense and collaborating with kindness - so you always know what we're looking for and can prepare accordingly. THE PACKAGE Minimum EUR 46,000 gross annually based on the collective agreement, the actual compensation being tailored to your qualifications, experience, and the role. Flexible hours and hybrid working. Your birthday off. MyClubs partnership. Mental health support. Regular health check-ups and initiatives. Company-wide training. Fun team events. Device of choice. Work from anywhere - up to 8 weeks a year.
