Your next step in the Business Insights team at The Quality Group! We are looking for a Junior Insights & Analytics Consultant (gn) to join our Business Insights team within the Digital Department and help drive data-informed decision-making across The Quality Group. In this role, you combine strong analytical thinking with a deep curiosity for business challenges. You help transform complex business questions into analytical solutions, actionable insights, and measurable business value. As a (Junior) Insights & Analytics Consultant, you will support the delivery of analytical projects by developing dashboards, performing analyses, maintaining KPI frameworks, and contributing to insight generation. Over time, you will gain increasing exposure to stakeholder management, business problem framing, and strategic decision support. You will work closely with Senior Insights & Analytics Consultants, Analytics Engineers, the Data Warehouse team, and business stakeholders across the company.   YOUR MISSION * You collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions to understand challenges, structure analytical questions, and contribute to data-driven solutions. * You design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that create transparency and enable action. * You generate actionable insights through quantitative analysis and communicate findings in a clear and compelling way. * You handle and structure ad-hoc analytical requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. * You support the definition, documentation, and governance of business KPIs and metric logic.   YOUR QUALIFICATIONS  * You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science or a related field or have comparable qualifications. * You have first professional experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-driven environment. * You are comfortable working with SQL and have experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar solutions. * You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy turning ambiguity into structure. * You are curious about digital business models, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making. * You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way * You have excellent German and very good English skills   WHY CHOOSE US? Start: ab sofort | Level: Mid - Senior | Location: Hamburg (hybrid) | Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (40h/Woche) Als IT Business Analyst (gn) mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Data & SAP übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT. Du analysierst komplexe fachliche und technische Anforderungen entlang von Finance-, Tax-, Order-to-Cash- sowie unternehmensweiten Datenprozessen und übersetzt diese in nachhaltige IT-Lösungen. Gemeinsam mit unseren Stakeholdern entwickelst du ein klares Zielbild für Prozesse, Systeme und Datenflüsse und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Finance-Prozesse, die SAP-Systemlandschaft sowie strategische Transformationsprojekte weiterzuentwickeln.
