About the role
Working Monday to Friday on night shifts, you’ll be responsible for completing deliveries to customer sites while also supporting
warehouse operations using a forklift. This is a varied, physical role combining driving, customer interaction, and equipment
operation.
About you
You’ll hold a minimum Class B (car/van) licence, ideally with Class 1 experience, along with a valid FLT licence. You’ll be
comfortable with manual work and confident operating in a fast‑paced environment.

Your mission at Voi We’re looking for a hands‑on Fleet Technician & Van Driver to keep Voi’s vehicles safe, available and in great condition across Gloucester. You’ll split your time between the warehouse and the streets, using our e‑vans to move, repair and recharge the fleet. If you enjoy being on the move, solving practical problems and seeing the impact of your work every day, this role is for you. Here are some of the tasks awaiting you as a Fleet Specialist: In‑field operations (driving & logistics) You’ll use our company e‑vans to: * Collect and deploy our fleet in the Gloucester area to ensure availability in the right locations * Search for and collect damaged or incorrectly parked vehicles * Replace batteries in the field to keep vehicles charged and ready to ride * Support the local team with tasks such as clearing parking areas and setting up fallen vehicles Workshop & maintenance (repairs & safety) At our warehouse, you’ll: * Perform quick inspections and on‑site repairs of vehicles * Diagnose and repair damaged or non‑functional vehicles * Recycle and dismantle vehicles that can’t be repaired, following our sustainability standards * Help receive, unpack and prepare new vehicles and batteries * Keep the workspace organised, safe and efficient. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Gloucester team and your Operations Manager to hit our fleet availability and quality targets. What you'll need to embark * Mandatory requirement – Driving licence: You must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points and no major offences, to meet our e-van insurance requirements. Licence checks will be conducted during the recruitment process. SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS Drives bus, van, car, or lightweight truck to transport guests, trainees, or company personnel along with product pick-up and delivery by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls, and Northern Quest Resort and Casino Policies and Procedures. * Works as a team with other associates to maintain the best service standards available. * Comply with hotel safety and Loss Control Procedures. * Have knowledge of all hotel emergency procedures. * Maintain four star/four diamond service standards. * Drives vehicle to and from private or central loading areas to and from Northern Quest Resort and Casino or other destinations according to assigned schedule. * Transports guests and or team members to and from the airport or other locations as assigned. * Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle, also assist with guest luggage etc. * Secure passengers’ wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchair during trip. * Operates radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report * disruption of service. * Monitor the vehicles’ fuel lubricants and accessories. * Keeps records of trips and behaviors of passengers. * Fulfill any reasonable work requested by a Manager or Supervisor. * Provide exceptional service to customers and employees when performing job duties and conduct oneself in a professional and businesslike manner to reflect Northern Quest’s high standard of excellence. * Use proper interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and employees. * Share information with other departments to facilitate their successful performance. * Ensure guest confidentiality standards are followed. * Responsible for maintaining a good attendance record. * Ensure control/protection of company assets. * This job description does not list all of the duties of this position. The Role We are looking for a Delivery Driver who will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to Green Thumb's customers. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting products, maintaining delivery schedules, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. The role requires a passion for driving, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to reliability. Responsibilities * Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries that will happen throughout the day * Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis * Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to complete routine maintenance tasks (changing tires, check and add fluids, etc) * Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring that proper documents are kept, and manifests are returned completed and ready for filing * Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff * Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise while making deliveries * Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications * At least one years of professional driving experience preferred * Must be 21 years or older * Must pass required background checks, including Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and state specific cannabis employment requirements * Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry * Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs * Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance * Prior cannabis experience not required Additional Requirements Must have the ability to perform the following tasks for prolonged periods of time (i.e., up to the duration of a workday) * Move about the dispensary and delivery areas to fulfill work assignments and assist patients and/or customers in various locations * Remain in a stationary position, including in a motor vehicle, to meet the needs of the business and complete delivery tasks timely * Converse and communicate with individuals and groups of people directly * Operate point of sale system, computer, and other office productivity machinery in order to use online programming and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email * Prepare patient and/customer orders by moving and placing products * Inspect and receive detailed information, such as patients' and/or customers' dates of birth, in-store or online orders, or inquiries * Move inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds independently * Position self to move inventory and materials in storage areas Skills * Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills * Demonstrated initiative and proactive attitude, as well as independent judgment * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees * Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences * Previous experience with POS systems * Understanding of applicable cannabis laws and regulations, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, and standard operating procedures * Be able to follow instructions as directed and incorporate constructive criticism from managers * Operate with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information and complying with HIPAA requirements.
