Som konsulter hjälps vi åt där det behövs och beroende på uppdrag jobbar vi in-house- eller ute hos kund. I nuläget arbetar ca 50% av våra konsulter in-house med ett 10-tal olika projekt. Bland våra kunder finns allt från små start-up till globala företag.
Du har passion för ny teknik och digital elektronik med flera års erfarenhet, gärna med intresse för hårdvarunära programmering. Du har erfarenhet från olika branscher, såsom industri, försvar, fordon och medicinteknik. Vidare har du kunskap om olika micro controllers, realtidssystem, kraftdesign etc.
Du kommer att arbeta inom affärsområdet Software & Cloud, där vi hjälper kunder att utveckla framtidssäkra, storskaliga dator- och mjukvarusystem – från inbyggda system och elektronik till datadrivna företagsapplikationer, AI och molnbaserade lösningar.
Utveckla innovativ elektronik för att bredda vårt erbjudande och möta våra kunders tekniska behov.
Utforska och implementera nya teknologier och lösningar inom elektronikutveckling.
Arbeta i tvärfunktionella team för att lösa komplexa problem och leverera spetslösningar till kunder inom olika branscher.
Ta en aktiv roll i hela produktutvecklingscykeln, från koncept till färdig produkt.

Senior Process Engineer Location: Gothenburg, Sweden Help Industrialise the Future of Advanced Materials Smart High Tech AB is a Swedish deep-tech company pioneering graphene-enhanced thermal interface materials for AI infrastructure, semiconductors, data centres, power electronics and high-performance computing. As we continue our transition from product qualification and commercialisation into large-scale industrial manufacturing, we are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to play a key role in developing, optimising and scaling our production processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled process engineer who wants to contribute to the industrialisation of next-generation graphene technology and help build a world-class manufacturing operation. The Role As Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimising and industrialising manufacturing processes to support stable, efficient and scalable production. Working closely with Production, R&D, Quality and Engineering teams in both Sweden and China, you will help ensure that manufacturing processes deliver the highest levels of quality, repeatability and operational performance. The role is based in Gothenburg and requires regular travel to China to support technology transfer, process development and manufacturing scale-up activities. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes for mass production. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, quality, efficiency and throughput. Support the industrialisation of new products and manufacturing technologies. Develop, evaluate and implement process improvements based on operational data and production requirements. Optimise coating processes, carbonisation and graphitisation operations. Establish and maintain robust process parameters, standards and control methods. Support equipment qualification, commissioning and process validation activities. Collaborate closely with R&D teams to transfer new technologies into production. Work with production teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Support manufacturing scale-up initiatives and future capacity expansion projects. Participate in cross-functional projects involving production, quality and engineering teams in Europe and China. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years' experience in process engineering within industrial manufacturing environments. Strong experience working with manufacturing processes and production scale-up. Hands-on experience with coating lines, thermal processing equipment, carbonisation and graphitisation furnaces. Solid understanding of advanced materials manufacturing and process control. Experience developing and optimising production processes for high-volume manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in international manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Highly Desirable Experience Graphene manufacturing or advanced carbon materials. Battery manufacturing and energy storage technologies. Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing. Advanced materials and high-tech industrial production. Job summary We are looking for a HIL Verification & Test Automation Engineer to support an Agile team working with Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) testing of safety‑critical vehicle functions for the customer. The role focuses on automated verification o functional and non‑functional levels, using dSPACE tools and CI/CD integration. About the Assignment You will work hands‑on with HIL rigs, implement automated test scripts, and execute verification of end‑user functions. The work includes learning the customer’s workflow, using provided requirements (FRS) and test descriptions (SWTDs), and collaborating closely with their teams throughout the project phases. Key Responsibilities · Implement automated HIL test scripts using dSPACE AutomationDesk. · Execute closed‑loop HIL tests, incl. diagnostics, performance checks, and fault injection. · Analyze and report HIL test results. · Use FRS and SWTDs to contribute to test case and test description creation. · Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines. · Collaborate closely with the customer’s development and verification teams. We are now looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician – Mechanical & Cooling Systems who will take ownership of this important area and help ensure stable, reliable and scalable production. Your Mission You will be the technical expert for mechanical systems and cooling infrastructure, ensuring high equipment availability, efficient operation and long-term reliability. Your work directly impacts production stability, energy efficiency and product quality. What You Will DoMaintenance & Reliability Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, furnaces and cooling systems. Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal systems. Lead fault diagnosis related to cooling, temperature control and process stability. Monitor temperature, pressure and flow systems.
