Som Sales Coordinator blir du en central del av verksamheten och ansvarar för att koordinera affärerna från order till leverans. Rollen innebär ett brett ansvar inom orderadministration, exportdokumentation, logistik och kundservice.
Du arbetar nära företagets säljare och har daglig kontakt med kunder, leverantörer, rederier, speditörer och banker runt om i världen. Du säkerställer att varje affär genomförs korrekt, effektivt och enligt överenskomna villkor.
Hantera och administrera beställningar genom hela order- och leveransprocessen.
Upprätta och kontrollera export- och skeppningsdokument.
Koordinera transporter och logistikflöden i samarbete med rederier och speditörer.
Hantera dokumentation såsom fakturor och rembursdokument.
Ha löpande kontakt med kunder, leverantörer, banker och externa samarbetspartners.
Stötta säljarna med administrativ och operativ koordinering.
Säkerställa att leveranser och dokumentation följer avtalade villkor och tidsramar.
För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har
Erfarenhet av orderadministration, exportadministration, logistik eller internationell handel.
Erfarenhet från exempelvis tradingverksamhet, shipping, spedition, bank, exportföretag eller liknande miljö.
God förståelse för internationella leveransflöden.
Erfarenhet av kundservice och många externa kontaktytor.
Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office, framför allt Excel och Word.
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av remburser, exportinkasso eller arbete inom pappers- och massaindustrin. Kunskaper i ytterligare språk, exempelvis franska eller spanska, är också ett plus.

Du tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter, följer upp detaljer och ser till att inget faller mellan stolarna.

The Role As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are handled efficiently and with a high level of quality—from handover by the Sales team through delivery and invoicing. You will act as a central point of coordination between several internal departments, ensuring that accurate information is maintained in our systems, deliveries are monitored, and any deviations are managed in a structured manner. The role is primarily an internal support function with many cross-functional contacts throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Ensuring an efficient order flow from handover through delivery and invoicing. Registering and administering customer orders in the ERP system. Managing price adjustments and updating item master data. Monitoring deliveries and handling deviations. Coordinating daily activities with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and other internal departments. Managing returns and warranty claims. Ensuring that information and documentation in our systems is accurate and up to date.
