Göteborgs Hamn står mitt i en omfattande energiomställning där elektrifiering blir en avgörande faktor för framtidens konkurrenskraft, effektivitet och hållbarhet. Vår nuvarande affärsutvecklare inom elektrifiering går vidare till en ny roll inom bolaget, och därför söker vi nu dig som vill ta över stafettpinnen. Här får du en nyckelroll i att forma framtidens energisystem och bidra till utvecklingen av Nordens största hamn. I bolaget arbetar idag omkring 180 personer.
Som Energy Systems Development Manager ansvarar du för den strategiska utvecklingen inom elektrifiering och energisystem. Du arbetar i gränslandet mellan teknik, affär och samhällsutveckling och driver frågor som är avgörande för hamnens framtid. Tjänsten tillhör avdelningen Innovation, Development and Transition och rapporterar till Vice President Innovation, Development and Transition.
Utveckla och ansvara för hamnens elektrifieringsstrategi samt långsiktiga effekt- och energibehov.
Identifiera och utveckla nya elektrifieringslösningar och projekt som stärker verksamhetens effektivitet och konkurrenskraft.
Driva och samordna förstudier, analyser och konceptutveckling.
Samverka med interna funktioner och externa aktörer såsom energibolag, kunder, terminaloperatörer samt forsknings- och innovationspartners.
Bevaka och analysera utvecklingen inom elektrifiering, energisystem, regelverk och stödprogram.
Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom exempelvis energi, elkraft, elektroteknik, industriell teknik eller motsvarande. Vi ser att du har minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom energiområdet.
Erfarenhet av elektrifiering, energisystem, laddinfrastruktur, industriprocesser eller närliggande områden - i tidiga skeden.
Erfarenhet av datadrivet arbete kopplat till energisystem och elektrifiering.
Intresse för helhetsperspektiv, förmåga att hitta nya möjligheter och säkerställa affärsnytta i samspelet mellan teknik, affär och samhällsutveckling
God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att samarbeta med många olika intressenter.
Förstudier, innovationsprojekt eller strategisk affärsutveckling.
Effektfrågor, nätkapacitet, flexibilitetslösningar eller energilagring.
Digitalisering, smart styrning och AI-lösningar kopplade till energiomställning.

Automation Process Engineering Manager Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (alternative location: Shanghai, China) Help Scale the Manufacturing Platform Behind Next-Generation AI Technology Smart High Tech AB is a Swedish deep-tech company developing graphene-enhanced thermal interface materials for AI infrastructure, semiconductors, data centres and advanced electronics. As we move from commercialisation into industrial scale-up, we are seeking an experienced Automation Process Engineering Manager to lead the development of automated, scalable and high-performance manufacturing operations. The Role You will lead the transition from current manufacturing to stable, high-volume production. Working closely with R&D, Production and Quality, you will develop the processes, automation systems and manufacturing capabilities required to support rapid growth while ensuring operational excellence and product quality. Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing scale-up from current production to mass production. Design and implement automated manufacturing processes and workflows. Develop robust process architectures ensuring efficiency, stability and repeatability. Define automation requirements and manage equipment selection and integration. Establish process control systems to meet customer and quality requirements. Drive continuous improvement in yield, quality, productivity and operational performance. Own thermal stability and mechanical reliability in a scaling deep-tech factoryOwn Thermal Stability and Mechanical Reliability At Smart High Tech, we are industrialising advanced graphene-based materials that enable next-generation AI systems, electronics and data centres. As we scale production, thermal performance and equipment reliability become critical for quality, uptime and efficiency. We are now looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician – Mechanical & Cooling Systems who will take ownership of this important area and help ensure stable, reliable and scalable production. Your Mission You will be the technical expert for mechanical systems and cooling infrastructure, ensuring high equipment availability, efficient operation and long-term reliability. Your work directly impacts production stability, energy efficiency and product quality. What You Will DoMaintenance & Reliability Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, furnaces and cooling systems. Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal systems. Lead fault diagnosis related to cooling, temperature control and process stability. Monitor temperature, pressure and flow systems. Prevent and manage risks related to overheating, leakage and reduced cooling performance. Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and cooling systems. Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience with thermal processes and industrial cooling equipment. Knowledge of CMMS systems and structured maintenance practices. Fluent English, written and spoken. Meritorious Experience with reliability-centred or predictive maintenance. Experience from semiconductor, electronics, advanced materials or process industries. Knowledge of FAT, SAT and equipment commissioning.
