I rollen som Area Sales Manager ansvarar du för att strategiskt och operativt utveckla försäljningen inom din region. Du driver hela säljprocessen, från den första kontakten och identifiering av kundbehov till förhandling och avslut. Arbetet innebär ett stort fokus på projektförsäljning där du säljer komplexa tekniska lösningar och helhetskoncept anpassade för offentliga rum och stadsmiljöer.
Du arbetar proaktivt med att bygga nätverk och stärka bolagens närvaro på marknaden genom att bearbeta såväl befintliga som nya kontakter. Rollen kräver en kombination av strategisk planering och praktiskt genomförande ute på fältet för att säkerställa att kundens förväntningar möts i varje enskilt projekt.
Aktiv nykundsbearbetning och utveckling av nya affärsmöjligheter inom regionen.
Projektförsäljning av tekniska lösningar mot kommuner, byggbolag, arkitekter och fastighetsägare.
Utveckling och vård av långsiktiga kundrelationer genom behovsanalys och rådgivning.
Ansvar för offertarbete, avtalsförhandlingar och uppföljning av försäljningsmål.
Deltagande vid mässor, kundevent och nätverksträffar för att representera varumärkena.
Operativt stöd i projektens genomförandefas vid behov för att säkerställa leveranskvalitet.
Vi söker dig som är en utpräglad tävlingsmänniska med ett professionellt och förtroendeingivande uppträdande. Du trivs med att arbeta självständigt och besitter den struktur som krävs för att driva flera komplexa säljprocesser parallellt. Som person är du uthållig, initiativtagande och har en naturlig förmåga att skapa kontakt med beslutsfattare på olika nivåer.
Flera års erfarenhet av framgångsrik B2B-försäljning med dokumenterade resultat.
Erfarenhet av projekt- eller lösningsförsäljning, gärna av tekniska produkter.
Vana av att arbeta med CRM-system samt moderna digitala säljverktyg och AI.
Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga i både svenska och engelska.
B-körkort och en positiv inställning till resor i tjänsten.
Det är meriterande om du tidigare har arbetat mot offentlig sektor, arkitekter eller byggbranschen. Kunskap om offentlig upphandling eller erfarenhet från produktområden som urban infrastruktur och parkmiljöer ses också som en fördel.

Your role As People & Culture Manager, you will be a trusted partner to the factory management team and will provide both strategic and operational People & Culture support, partnering closely with leaders across the factory. Reporting to the Sr Manager People & Culture Nordics, you will be based at our factory in Kungälv and work closely with People & Culture colleagues in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Silkeborg, Denmark.
