The principle aim of the Glasgow Lettings Team is to ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided to all clients. As the
point of contact for your tenants and landlords, you’ll be required to build quality, lasting client relationships by working
closely with the colleagues in your team, supporting Rettie in achieving a market leading position.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the lettings management process across your portfolio of
properties from finding tenants to arranging day to day maintenance. Together with your team, you will ensure our processes are
continually reviewed to deliver the best possible client experience which will maximise the fee income of our landlords’ assets.
Ideally, we are looking for an ARLA (or equivalent) qualified Property manager with at least two years’ experience in the Lettings
industry. You will hold a full UK driving licence and require access to your own car.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is at the start of their journey into property and is keen to build a long-term career in lettings. In this trainee role, you will be supported to develop your knowledge of the lettings and property management process, while learning how to deliver an exceptional experience for landlords, tenants and colleagues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities * Responsible for the effective management and performance of the lettings portfolio by helping to minimise void periods, support rent and arrears processes, and contribute to a positive experience for landlords and tenants. * Responsible for the accurate administration of key lettings processes, including compliance checks, safety testing, tenant referencing, move-ins, inspections, maintenance, checkouts and deposit administration. * Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, tenants, contractors and colleagues, ensuring tasks are followed through, records are kept up to date, and service standards are maintained. The purpose of this role is to effectively manage and coordinate employees, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Regional Vice President, ownership group, and Fogelman Properties.
