Als Account Manager General Business Süd bist du verantwortlich für den aktiven Ausbau unseres Kunden- und Partnernetzwerks im
Gastronomieumfeld. Du identifizierst neue Potenziale, entwickelst bestehende Accounts weiter und überzeugst Kunden mit passenden
Lösungen aus dem gesamten Portfolio der TESSERO GmbH.
Du bist vertriebsstark, kontaktfreudig und hast Freude daran, Kunden aktiv zu gewinnen und langfristig zu entwickeln. Du denkst

About this Role: Kinetic a business unit of Uniti, is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Field Account Manager to join our B2B team. In this role, you will be the face of Kinetic for our business clients, ensuring they have the most reliable fiber, voice, and cloud solutions to power their operations. You will focus on nurturing long-term partnerships, driving revenue through strategic upsells, and securing key account renewals. What You’ll Do: * Strategic Portfolio Management: Act as the dedicated consultant for a book of B2B accounts, ensuring Kinetic’s suite of services meets their unique operational demands. * Expansion & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upgrade client infrastructure, moving businesses to high-speed fiber, implementing advanced SD-WAN solutions, or expanding hosted voice services. * Retention & Renewals: Proactively manage the contract renewal lifecycle, utilizing a deep understanding of the telecom landscape to mitigate churn and ensure long-term loyalty. * ROI Advocacy: Conduct regular account reviews to showcase the reliability and value of the Kinetic network, aligning our technology with the client’s growth plans. * Technical Liaison: Work closely with Sales Engineering and Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex technical inquiries. What You Bring: * Industry Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Telecom, ISP, or Technology sales/account management. Knowledge of fiber-optic connectivity and VoIP is highly preferred. * Growth Mindset: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding expansion (upsell) and retention targets within the B2B sector. * Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex contract renewals and present technical value propositions to business owners and IT Directors. * CRM Proficiency: Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting within CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). * Regional Focus: A strong understanding of the local business market and the ability to travel within the territory as needed. POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Manager (Field Service Technician) is responsible for driving sales growth, performing preventative maintenance, executing installations, managing route completion, and overseeing collections within an assigned territory. This role conducts routine preventative service visits to existing customers, ensuring optimal equipment performance and chemical usage while identifying opportunities for additional products and services. Responsibilities include inspecting results (glasses, silverware, laundry), verifying chemical dosing (titration), documenting findings, performing repairs or adjustments, managing chemical inventory, facilitating product delivery, and collecting payments when necessary. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Meet or exceed targets for routing efficiency, preventative maintenance standards and account retention on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis * Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance services, ensuring equipment is safe, compliant, and operating effectively * Conduct equipment installations, removals, and after-hours service calls as needed * Ensure account retention within the assigned core business territory * Identify and recommend additional ancillary products and services based on customer needs * Document service results and chemical inventory using handheld devices and route history documentation * Replenish and maintain assigned inventory * Assist with district and inter-district coverage when required * Enforce and support corporate policies, guidelines, and safety standards consistently and professionally * Complete all required documentation, reports, and administrative tasks accurately and on time * Maintain regularly scheduled company vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, washes, etc. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or GED required * Background in customer service and/or sales required * Prior experience in mechanical repair strongly preferred * Proven ability to sell value-added products and services * Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to install, repair, and maintain dish machines, laundry systems, and housekeeping dosing equipment (plumbing, electrical, mechanical) * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-disciplinary issues * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines * Strong customer service orientation with a solution-focused mindset * Ability to operate company vehicles in compliance with fleet policy * Ability to consistently lift up to 60 lbs
