Our Values [https://www.justworks.com/careers#values] If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in. WHO YOU ARE You're an exceptional operator who loves bringing order to complexity. You thrive behind the scenes, anticipating needs before others see them, keeping multiple priorities moving simultaneously, and creating leverage for senior leaders. You're equal parts project manager, executive coordinator, and problem solver. Whether you're coordinating executive travel, planning a leadership offsite, supporting a customer event, or finding a better way to automate repetitive work using AI, you enjoy making things run better than they did yesterday. You don't think of executive support as administrative work—you see it as enabling leaders to spend more time with customers, partners, employees, and prospects while you build the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-growing Revenue organization moving. This role is hybrid including an onsite working requirement of Tuesday-Thursday out of our office at 55 Water Street in New York City. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON As the Executive Coordinator, Revenue, you'll help power the operating system behind the Revenue Leadership Team. * Own calendar management and executive coordination for designated Revenue leaders. * Coordinate domestic travel, conference logistics, customer meetings, executive dinners, speaking engagements, and partner events. * Manage meeting preparation, agendas, briefing materials, action items, and follow-up. * Support the operating cadence of the Revenue Leadership Team, including leadership meetings, planning sessions, offsites, Office Hours, and executive onboarding. * Coordinate Revenue experiences including Revenue Kickoff (RKO), launch celebrations, lunch-and-learns, training sessions, customer events, and leadership gatherings in partnership with Revenue Enablement and Marketing. * Partner closely with Workplace, Finance, People, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. * Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline scheduling, meeting preparation, travel coordination, documentation, and administrative workflows. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve how the Revenue organization operates by simplifying processes and reducing manual work. YOUR SUCCESS PROFILE We're looking for someone who embodies our core values while demonstrating these capabilities: * Operate with Extreme Ownership: You proactively identify problems, remove obstacles, and follow through without needing direction. * Stay Organized Under Pressure: You manage multiple executives, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. * Communicate Clearly: You build trust through thoughtful communication and strong cross-functional relationships. * Think Like an Operator: You don't simply execute tasks—you improve systems, simplify workflows, and make the organization more effective. * Leverage AI Thoughtfully: You're naturally curious about AI and automation and look for opportunities to eliminate repetitive work and improve efficiency. * Exercise Good Judgment: You handle sensitive information with discretion and consistently make sound decisions in fast-moving environments. * Be Adaptable: You thrive in an environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days look the same. In addition, all Justworkers align their behaviors with our core values, COGIS: * Camaraderie – You enjoy building relationships and helping others succeed. * Openness – You're curious, collaborative, and receptive to new ideas. * Grit – You persevere through challenges with a positive attitude. * Integrity – You do what you say you'll do and earn trust through your actions. * Simplicity – You continuously look for ways to make work easier, faster, and more effective. QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years supporting executives, leadership teams, or fast-paced business operations (required). * The ability to work a hybrid schedule including 3 days a week onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) out of our office at 55 Water Street in New York City (required). * Experience managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, and executive logistics. (required) * Exceptional organizational and project management skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities. * Demonstrated curiosity around AI and workflow automation, with a willingness to adopt new tools that improve productivity. * Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools; experience with AI assistants and workflow automation platforms is a plus. * Experience supporting customer-facing, sales, or go-to-market organizations is preferred. This role is hybrid including an onsite working requirement of Tuesday-Thursday out of our office at 55 Water Street in New York City. The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $82,000.00 to $99,000.00 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
