YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a hands-on Project Controller to strengthen financial transparency and capital discipline across our

development projects. The Project Controller will report to the Head of Controlling.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of Finance and Operations, ensuring that project costs, development expenditure,

Capex and financial forecasts are reliable, transparent and decision-ready. Your contribution will directly support management

steering and investment decisions as Cube Green Energy and SUNfarming continue to scale their renewable energy platform.

This is a hands-on role in a dynamic growth environment, focused on building structure, improving visibility and embedding

financial discipline at project level.

Track development expenditures, DevEx and Capex against approved budgets
Identify deviations early and prepare structured variance analyses
Ensure clear cost allocation, documentation and transparency across project phases
Review and challenge project cost assumptions, budgets and forecasts
Validate financial inputs provided by project teams
Support fact-based discussions on cost development, risks and funding implications
Support investment approval processes with structured financial data
Provide scenario and sensitivity analyses where required
Ensure project data feeds into group-level performance steering
Prepare regular project controlling reports
Align project data with FP&A and liquidity planning
Ensure consistency between project budgets, forecasts and cash implications
Support the preparation of management reporting materials

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or a related field
3–6 years of experience in project controlling, operational controlling or a comparable finance role
Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and independently
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Hands-on mindset with a strong execution focus
Advanced Excel skills; ERP knowledge required, NetSuite experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work across Finance and Operations
Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to create structure and improve transparency in a growing organization
Confidence in working with project teams, finance stakeholders and management
Pragmatic, detail-oriented working style
Interest in contributing to financial discipline and scalable finance processes in a renewable energy platform

You will play a key role in strengthening project cost transparency, capital discipline and financial decision-making across the

group. Your work will support better management steering, investment decisions and scalable growth.

We believe you have: A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Experience in project controlling, project management, or financial project support. Proven experience in project control with a focus on scheduling and financial management. Experience from large industrial, manufacturing, investment, or plant-related projects is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support decision-making. Good understanding of industrial processes and project delivery practices. Experience working with project management tools and software. Your main tasks include: Project Financials & Reporting Own and maintain cost, schedule, and risk control across multiple running projects Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, and EAC updates Monitor variances and trends, propose corrective actions, and ensure decision-ready reporting Prepare internal and external project status reports used for customer reviews and steering boards Planning & Forecasting Analyse resource usage, workload forecasts, and cost drivers Support project managers in building robust baselines and maintaining updated project schedules Ensure project KPIs are met and deviations are flagged early Process Development & Tools Drive continuous improvement of project control practices at OHB Sweden Help to further develop and standardize our Antura-based project control routines Introduce new methods, templates, and reporting structures to improve efficiency and transparency Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, procurement, contracts, and finance to maintain accurate project data Ensure alignment between technical progress, procurement status, resource planning, and financial reporting Support proposal teams with cost inputs, scenario modelling, and price calculations Your Profile We are looking for a proactive and analytical project controller who enjoys both depth and structure—someone who stays calm under pressure and keeps the big picture in mind Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in project control, project finance, or project management in a technical environment Experience with EAC, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance monitoring Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights Solid skills in Excel and project management tools (experience with Antura is a strong merit) Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is an advantage) Structured, self-driven, and comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams Meriting Experience from aerospace/defence, engineering, or other complex project environments Experience in improving tools, workflows, and reporting standards Understanding of ECSS processes is a plus Experience in Power BI as an advantage What We Offer: A key role in some of Sweden’s most exciting satellite projects A dynamic environment where you directly influence project execution and company performance Close collaboration with project managers, engineering teams, and management A chance to shape and professionalize the project control discipline at OHB Sweden A workplace with high engagement, responsibility, and trust Ready to Join Us?
