CarGurus is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help lead dealer-facing marketplace initiatives within our International Product team. As one of the fastest-growing areas of our business, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the CarGurus marketplace across our global markets while delivering meaningful value to our customers. In this role, you will own a key piece of the dealer side of the CarGurus marketplace, identifying high-impact opportunities that improve dealer outcomes and strengthen marketplace performance. Working within a two-sided marketplace, you’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/Design, Data Science, and Analytics teams to define, build, and launch products and features that support our growing businesses in Canada and the UK. This role will also play a critical part in launching CarGurus’ new Dublin technology office. As part of the founding Product and Engineering team in Dublin, you will help shape both the product direction and team culture from the ground up while building products that power CarGurus’ international marketplaces. You will partner closely with the Engineering Manager and a newly forming team of full-stack engineers to establish the team’s product vision, roadmap, and ways of working. Together, you’ll deliver both greenfield initiatives and adaptations of existing CarGurus dealer products for our international customer base. The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles. The group is responsible for the buyer-facing purchase and subscription experience, including the multi-product cart, secure checkout flows, subscription and billing panel, cross-selling, cancellation surveys, and invoices. This team's work directly drives revenue by shaping how customers purchase, manage, and retain their Squarespace subscriptions. As the manager of this team, you'll lead a group of experienced frontend and backend engineers who build and maintain the cart experience and checkout flows, power the subscription and billing panel UI, drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives, and deliver new product integrations. You'll work closely with product, design, analytics, and peer engineering teams to deliver seamless, high-converting purchase experiences for Squarespace customers worldwide.
