Datadog’s EMEA GTM Strategy & Operations team is responsible for both strategic planning and day‑to‑day operational excellence across the region. The team uncovers, analyzes, and prioritizes improvement opportunities that drive incremental revenue and operational efficiency. We build business cases for EMEA investment, optimize resources during annual planning, and collaborate closely with global teams to enhance systems, tools, programs, and processes. We also lead the execution of global initiatives within EMEA and share best practices across regions to accelerate global scale. As part of the EMEA GTM Strategy & Operations team, you’ll work with sales leaders and global partners to improve how we plan, execute, and automate core GTM processes across the region. You’ll be AI‑native in how you work, using modern AI tools to get to insight faster, diagnose root causes, and free your time for driving change and partnering with the business. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture – the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work‑life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do * Build strong relationships with local, regional, and global cross‑functional stakeholders to enhance GTM strategy and operations for EMEA, sharing learnings and best practices across markets. * Localize and execute global GTM policies and sales programs (for example: pipeline generation programs, product plays, territory deep dives), ensuring they are adapted effectively to EMEA market realities. * Act as a primary point of contact for a defined set of sales leaders on strategic and operational questions (e.g. account coverage, rules of engagement, data led operating cadence, QBR inputs etc..). * Orchestrate and support the rhythm of business, including data preparation and standardization for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), forecast/LQSR cadences, and annual planning cycles. * Partner with systems, data, and central operations teams to simplify and automate recurring work (for example: standard QBR/LQSR kits, self‑serve lists and dashboards, queue and SLA reporting), using AI‑enabled workflows where it meaningfully reduces manual effort. * Produce analyses, reports, and recommendations on sales performance, coverage, pipeline, and program effectiveness, leveraging AI tools to explore data faster, spot patterns, and get to root causes so you can focus more time on driving action with stakeholders. * Manage cross‑functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, clear timelines, and well‑defined success metrics. * Document processes, definitions, and best practices so that outputs are scalable, repeatable, and easy for sales leaders and partner teams to adopt. Who You Are * 2–4+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, management consulting, banking, analytics, or a similar analytical field, ideally within SaaS or high‑growth B2B technology. * Experience working with go‑to‑market teams (e.g. Sales, CS, Marketing) and comfort acting as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership. * Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations that improve business performance. * Comfort using modern AI tools as part of your day‑to‑day workflow (for example, to accelerate analysis, draft and refine narratives, or prototype simple automations), and curiosity to experiment with new capabilities. * Familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase, or similar); experience with SQL or a willingness to learn on the job. * High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment. * Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting between big‑picture strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. * Effective verbal and written communicator who can build alignment and influence cross‑functional partners. #LI-NG2 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About Datadog: Datadog is the leading observability and security platform for the AI era, providing businesses with unified visibility across the technology stack to manage complexity at scale. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients on a day-to-day basis, owning the narrative around performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all marketing efforts ladder up to business objectives. This role requires comfort discussing CPL, lead-to-close rate, cost per acquisition, funnel conversion, and local market dynamics.
