THE ROLE The Legal Secretary will provide administrative and governance support across the Group Legal function with a primary focus on the Corporate Legal team. This role is designed for a law graduate, paralegal, legal administrator or an individual aspiring to pursue a career in corporate governance or company secretarial practice. Working under the supervision of the Group Company Secretary and Legal Counsel, you will support the governance of Trading 212 Group entities across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, the UAE and Australia, and any other jurisdictions in which the Group operates from time to time. You will assist with board and committee administration, entity management, corporate records, KYB requests and legal administration, while developing an understanding of corporate governance across different legal jurisdictions.
