Why this role matters: With 80% of Doctolib's traffic coming from mobile, we're on a mission to bridge the gap between our Web and Mobile Design Systems. You'll be a key player in unifying the user experience across platforms. As a Frontend Platform team, we support and empower all other Doctolib Tech and Product teams to create Accessible and best-in-class user experience frontend applications. WHO YOU ARE If you don't meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience, we still encourage you to apply! You could be our next team mate if you: * Have 5+ years of experience in Engineering; * Have strong hands-on experience with React Native, with a proven track record of building and shipping mobile applications; * Have a strong understanding of Design System architecture, component-driven development, and the collaboration between design and engineering; * Have solid experience with React and TypeScript, understanding the nuances between React Web and React Native development; * Have experience applying or promoting Accessibility (A11y) best practices (WCAG, ARIA, semantic HTML, assistive technology testing); * Are passionate about knowledge sharing and mentoring, with the ability to upskill colleagues on mobile development; * Understand the value of testing and code quality as foundations for scalable and robust interfaces; * Have the ability to adapt and choose the most efficient technologies to solve complex UX and engineering challenges; * Have proven experiences developing efficient, maintainable and secure products; * Are comfortable speaking English in your day by day with the team; Now, it would be fantastic if you: * Have experience building unified component libraries across Web and Mobile platforms; * Have a great understanding of JS/TS building and packaging processes; * Have a great understanding of web and mobile application performance tuning; * Have native iOS or Android development experience alongside React Native; * Have contributed to open-source mobile or Design System projects; WHAT WE OFFER * Free comprehensive health insurance for you and your children * Parent Care Program: receive one additional month of leave on top of the legal parental leave * Free mental health and coaching services through our partner Moka.care * For caregivers and workers with disabilities, a package including an adaptation of the remote policy, extra days off for medical reasons, and psychological support * Work from abroad for up to 10 days per year thanks to our flexibility days policy * Work Council subsidy to refund part of sport club membership or creative class * Up to 14 days of RTT * Lunch voucher with Swile card THE INTERVIEW PROCESS * Recruiter Interview * Feature Building interview * System Design interview * Behavioral Interview * Offer!
