With exciting growth plans and cutting-edge projects, there has never been a better time to join our incredible team.  Role Profile  The Senior Data Consultant – Azure Data Platform is a senior, client-facing professional responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of Modern Data Platforms on Microsoft Azure, supporting organizations in their data-driven transformation journey.  Acting as a trusted advisor between IT and Business, this role translates business requirements into scalable, secure, and governed data solutions. What you will do: As a Junior Predictive Maintenance Consultant, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to assess the condition of their rotating equipment and provide actionable insights for effective maintenance. By leveraging AI-driven data, you’ll guide clients toward optimal solutions that reduce unnecessary downtime and energy consumption. You’ll play an integral role in shaping our growing consultancy team within the Benelux market. Your responsibilities will include: * Serve as the main contact for maintenance and plant managers across various industries; * Analyze sensor data to assess equipment condition and recommend timely maintenance actions; * Interpret AI-generated insights and provide clear, actionable advice to clients; * Collect feedback to continually improve service effectiveness and customer satisfaction. What you bring: * HBO/ WO degree in engineering, mechanical or aerospace engineering, or technical/machinery experience (software engineering etc not relevant); * Recent graduate or up to 1-2 years of experience in consultancy, maintenance, or a similar field; * Strong analytical skills, proactive, comfortable working independently, and excellent communication skills; * Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken); Italian or another language is a plus; * Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
