engineering environment. This role focuses on owning and improving AWS infrastructure, with an emphasis on infrastructure as code,
operational reliability, and scalable platform practices across distributed systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect for various large-scale projects. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implement architectures on the ServiceNow platform, covering at least two of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), GRC, SecOPS, IRM, CSM; * Participate in the definition of the overall architecture, taking into account other technologies present in the client's environment; * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions; * Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using technologies such as REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, etc.; * Participate in the migration to the CSDM data model and the management of the CMDB; * Guide technical teams in implementing best practices and adhering to quality standards; * Present proposed solutions and architectures to clients in a clear and compelling manner; * Work in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), with a DevOps and CI/CD-oriented approach. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: * University degree in Computer Science or Engineering; * Over 5 years of hands-on project experience on the ServiceNow platform; * Required ServiceNow certifications and micro-certifications (depending on modules); * Ability to manage and organize work across multiple simultaneous projects; * Ability to understand and implement complex stakeholder requirements; * Strong client-facing presentation skills; * Solid understanding of ITIL methodologies; * Proficiency in both English, French is a plus; * Security clearance is required.
