We’re looking for a proactive People Operations Specialist to manage HR processes and support our global People team. Based in
Bucharest, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, provide HR administration, and support payroll for Bucharest. You will
also offer HR support to our smaller office in Malta as needed.

Your Mission We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join the People Operations team at BlaBlaCar. As a People Ops Specialist, you will manage the day-to-end employee lifecycle for Blablacar’s employees based in France. As part of a team, you will ensure full legal compliance in France, while providing prompt, effective support for all employee inquiries. By maintaining our HRIS and formalizing contractual elements, you will act as a key guardian of our data integrity and internal policies. This role is essential in streamlining our onboarding journey and optimizing HR processes to support our team. Have a background * 2-4 years in HR administration, HR generalist, or people operations. * Solid, applied knowledge of Slovak labour law — this is a core requirement for the role. * Hands-on experience with payroll preparation, attendance administration, and employment documentation. * Practical experience with at least one HRIS/HRMS platform. * Experience in a dual-workforce environment (office and warehouse/operations) is an advantage.
