As Head of Accounting Operations, you will lead Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable and Payroll across the Group. You will own
robust close processes, balance sheet integrity and transaction processing that support growth.
You will shape scalable accounting processes for a more complex global business. That includes manufacturing, delivery, inventory,
capital expenditure and international entity operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think big, act
fast and stay close to the detail.
The team and culture
You will report to the VP Finance and lead teams across Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable and Payroll. Work happens through
clear ownership, practical problem solving and close partnership across finance and operations. You will be trusted to make
decisions that improve pace, control and accuracy. The role needs someone who can lead teams while staying close enough to fix
problems quickly. You will help build a function ready for higher transaction volumes, global expansion and increased operational
