About Bluehive
Most organizations do not struggle with tools. They struggle with how work actually flows.
Too many processes, unclear ownership, and teams working next to each other instead of together.
That is where Bluehive comes in.
We help organizations bring structure into the way they work. Using platforms like Asana and monday.com, but more importantly by
designing workflows, aligning teams and making sure changes actually stick in practice.
Bluehive is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our
brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable
operations.
About the role
This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure into complex environments.
As a Senior Solution Consultant, the work starts where things stop working as they should. Unclear processes, fragmented tools,
teams that are not aligned, and ways of working that no longer scale. The challenge is to make sense of that and turn it into
something that actually works.
The role combines consulting, implementation, facilitation and customer guidance. It moves between understanding how an
organization operates today, designing better workflows, leading workshops and helping teams adopt new ways of working in
practice.
It is hands-on, client-facing and focused on real impact rather than theory.
What the role involves
What makes a strong fit
What makes this role interesting
Most consulting roles lean heavily to one side. Either strategy or execution. This role sits right in between.
It involves understanding how organizations actually operate, identifying where collaboration and workflows break down, and
helping turn that into something that works in practice.
The impact is visible. Not in reports, but in how teams collaborate, how decisions are made and how work moves forward day to day.

JOB DESCRIPTION About Bluehive Most organizations do not struggle with tools. They struggle with how work actually flows. Too many processes, unclear ownership, and teams working next to each other instead of together. That is where Bluehive comes in. We help organizations bring structure into the way they work. Using platforms like Asana, but more importantly by designing workflows, aligning teams and making sure changes actually stick in practice. Bluehive is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations. About the role This role is for someone who enjoys understanding customer challenges, identifying opportunities and turning them into meaningful business relationships. As an Account Executive, you help organizations recognize where their current ways of working create friction and where better workflows, clearer structures and stronger collaboration can make a real difference. You guide prospects through that journey, from first conversation to closing, by combining commercial drive with a strong understanding of customer needs. The role sits at the intersection of business development, consultative sales and organizational improvement. You work closely with SDRs, consultants and solution colleagues to shape opportunities, build trust with stakeholders and help customers move confidently toward the right decision. It is a commercial role, but one built on substance, credibility and long-term value. YOUR MISSION What the role involves • Leading sales conversations with prospective customers and understanding how their current processes, tools and ways of working are set up • Identifying challenges around collaboration, ownership, structure and operational efficiency • Showing how Bluehive’s solutions can help organizations work in a more structured, aligned and scalable way • Managing opportunities independently throughout the full sales cycle, from qualification to negotiation and closing • Building relationships with internal champions, decision-makers and senior stakeholders across customer organizations • Working closely with SDRs, consultants and solution colleagues to shape strong and realistic solution directions • Guiding customers through decision-making processes with clarity, confidence and commercial ownership • Keeping pipeline, CRM data and sales information well structured and up to date • Creating repeatable and consistent ways of working that support predictable commercial results • Contributing to the further development of messaging, sales approaches and commercial best practices YOUR PROFILE What makes a strong fit • Several years of experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar commercial role • Ideally experience in SaaS, consulting, digital collaboration or solution-based selling • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Confidence in speaking with different stakeholders, including senior decision-makers • A structured and disciplined way of working, with strong ownership and follow-through • The ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into commercially relevant opportunities • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment • A high level of customer focus, credibility and professional presence • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written • Interest in work management, process improvement and modern collaboration tools such as Asana is a strong advantage What makes this role interesting Many sales roles focus mainly on volume, speed and short-term targets. This role goes further. It involves understanding how organizations actually operate, where collaboration breaks down and how better workflows and structures can create real improvement. That makes the conversations more meaningful, the sales process more consultative and the impact of the role more visible. WHY ONE PRODUCTIVITY GROUP? What One Productivity Group offers • A role with real ownership and direct influence on customer growth and commercial success • The opportunity to work with well-known clients on meaningful collaboration and transformation challenges • An attractive compensation package with fixed salary and performance-based variable • A flexible setup, remote, hybrid or from one of our office locations • A professional onboarding and strong on-the-job learning environment • Regular coaching, feedback and development opportunities • A team that combines high standards with a collaborative and down-to-earth way of working • Room to bring in ideas, improve how things are done and contribute beyond the core role • A digital-first work culture with flexibility and trust • High-quality equipment for both office and remote work About One Productivity Group One Productivity Group is a fast-growing pan-European group focused on helping organizations improve the way they work.
