Purpose of Position We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Team Pegasus, responsible for the Awin Mobile App and its backend platform. Pegasus is part of the Publisher Tribe that builds the experiences publishers rely on every day: discovering opportunities, generating links, tracking performance, and growing their partnerships on the go. The role is focused primarily on the creator-focused mobile app. You will lead two teams that bring it to life: * Pegasus Mobile, building our Flutter-based mobile application. * Pegasus Platform, providing the APIs and backend services that power the mobile app and our publisher web experience. This is a leadership role, not a hands-on coding role, but we expect strong technical depth so you can guide the team and unblock delivery when needed. Key Tasks * Coach and mentor engineers, fostering their growth and career development. * Drive recruitment efforts and ensure successful onboarding for new team members. * Conduct performance reviews, track individual development plans, and provide regular feedback. * Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define team objectives and OKRs. * Enable the team to take ownership of the software delivery lifecycle and drive continuous improvement. * Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes within the team, resolving conflicts when necessary. * Coordinate with Product, UX and other engineering teams to deliver on shared goals. * Champion AI-assisted development, code generation and agentic coding workflows to accelerate delivery across the team. * Contribute to knowledge sharing and promote a culture of learning within the team. * Contribute to the strategic direction of the Engineering Management group. Skills & Expertise Required: * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead or equivalent leadership position, with a clear servant-leadership and empowering management style. * Deep, hands-on experience building and shipping mobile applications in a commercial setting, ideally apps you have helped launch and scale. * Strong product mindset, comfortable collaborating with Product and UX on discovery and shaping outcomes, not just executing requirements. * Backend and cloud literacy sufficient to lead the Platform team (backend, API, AWS). * Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, code generation and agentic coding workflows to accelerate delivery. * Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, comfortable adopting language based on the room. * Comfortable working in an Agile setup (Scrum or Kanban), facilitating ceremonies and supporting the team through change. Nice to Have * Hands-on experience with Flutter. * Product experience in the creator economy, for example creator tooling, affiliate or creator monetisation platforms, or influencer-facing products. * Experience orchestrating multi-agent AI workflows for engineering or product use cases. Our Offer * Flexi-Week: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance. * Flexi-office: We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid/remote working scheme which is designed to foster a culture of mutual trust and working flexibility. * Work Expense Contribution & Remote Working Furniture: You will receive a monthly allowance to cover part of your running costs, as well as a furniture package to support you in setting up a comfortable workspace when working from home. * Health and Wellbeing: With our support and access to various initiatives and sports offers, you can focus on your mental and physical wellbeing. * Development: We’ve built our extensive training suite, Awin Academy, to cover a wide range of skills that support your professional and personal growth, with trainings conveniently packaged to help your overall development. * Appreciation: Thank and reward colleagues by sending them a voucher through our peer-to-peer recognition programme. We are hiring in multiple countries for this role. Additional benefits, including health and wellbeing offerings, will be discussed during the initial interview. JOIN US AS A PRODUCT MANAGER (ALL GENDERS) IN OUR CONNECTIVITY TEAM ON A SHARED JOURNEY THAT MATTERS! The Connectivity Team builds and operates the backbone of vehicle‑to‑platform communication. We own the end‑to‑end connectivity landscape that links in‑vehicle systems with digital services, covering communication architecture as well as SIM, MNO, and connectivity lifecycle management. Working closely with embedded and platform teams, we ensure reliable, secure, and scalable communication paths that can be consistently used across products and services. Our work provides a standardized connectivity foundation that enables connected vehicle functions and digital services to operate smoothly. What you will do * Own and manage the connectivity backlog for vehicle‑to‑platform communication, including SIM/MNO lifecycle topics, ensuring items are ready for development and delivery. * Break down features and enablers into actionable backlog items, clarify scope and acceptance criteria, and support the team with timely decisions. * Work closely with the development teams on a daily basis, answering questions, resolving ambiguities, and ensuring a shared understanding of priorities. * Coordinate with external partners (e.g. MNOs, SIM/eSIM providers, technology suppliers) to clarify requirements, align delivery timelines, and address operational issues. * Actively manage dependencies and impediments, both within the ART and with external partners, to keep delivery on track. * Keep the team and stakeholders continuously informed about priorities, progress, risks, and changes during the PI. * Support predictable delivery by preparing and contributing to backlog refinement, PI Planning, reviews, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt events. * Monitor operational quality and connectivity health, follow up on issues, and ensure corrective actions are prioritized and delivered. * Collaborate closely with other Product Owners and Product Management to align scope, timing, and dependencies across teams. * Continuously improve ways of working, identifying opportunities to optimize flow, reduce friction, and improve delivery efficiency within the team. WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO FULFILL YOUR ROLE * Strong systems thinking to understand and reason about end‑to‑end vehicle connectivity across embedded systems, communication layers, and backend services. * Ability to quickly grasp complex technical dependencies and assess their impact on delivery, quality, and planning decisions. * Product ownership mindset with a clear focus on value, flow, and outcome‑oriented prioritization rather than solution design. * Experience working in scaled agile environments (SAFe), with a solid understanding of roles, ceremonies, and planning mechanics at team and ART level. * Excellent communication and alignment skills, enabling clear, concise exchange with developers, architects, operations, and business stakeholders. * Confidence in working with evolving requirements, making pragmatic decisions and providing direction under uncertainty. * Good understanding of vehicle‑to‑platform connectivity patterns, including request/response, publish/subscribe, asynchronous communication, and handling intermittent connectivity. * Ability to reason about end‑to‑end connectivity flows across vehicle, connectivity layer, and backend services, and understand where failures, delays, or bottlenecks can occur. * Extensive hands‑on professional experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of successfully delivering results in complex environments. * Operational awareness to recognize delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early and address them constructively. * Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to reflect on delivery outcomes and adapt ways of working to improve predictability and efficiency. We encourage you to apply even if your profile does not meet all the requirements for the role since we are looking for a diverse range of experiences, skills, and interests. We are certain that there will be something for everyone because we are working on such a variety of tasks and embrace individual growth at MOIA. AT SUPERCHAT, WE'RE REBUILDING HOW BUSINESSES TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE PHONE CALL, THE CONTACT FORM, THE SUPPORT TICKET: ALL OF IT IS BEING REPLACED BY MESSAGING AND AI. WE'RE BUILDING THE PLATFORM THAT RUNS UNDERNEATH. Founded in 2020, Superchat has become the platform of choice for 10,000+ businesses worldwide, from globally recognized brands like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG to the small businesses, dental practices, and one-person startups that need to look bigger than they are. Today, millions of messages flow through Superchat every single day. We started as a unified inbox: one place for every channel a customer might pick, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Instagram. Then ChatGPT happened, and the second chapter began: AI agents that respond across chat, email, and voice at the quality of the best human teams. We're 100 people, profitable, and have raised €18M in funding (last round 4.5 years ago, we've been growing on our own money since). Headquartered in Berlin. We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Core team. In this role, you'll own the heart of our platform: the unified inbox, the channels, and the workflows that tens of thousands of users open first thing in the morning and close last thing at night. You'll be responsible for the product end-to-end, from discovery through shipping through launch, and for whether the metrics actually move. If you're excited to own a product surface this large while staying deep in the details day to day, this might be a great fit. We're reshaping our product function around three pillars, AI, Integrations, and Core, with a PM in each, operating directly with our founder and CPO Mika. This role is for Core. LOCATION & WORK MODE Berlin-based, minimum 3 days a week in-office, up to 2 days optional home office. We build better in the same room. Decisions happen faster, products ship faster, and the team stays sharper. EU work permit required. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own the inbox, channels, and workflows end-to-end: discovery, spec, build, launch, measure * Stay close to customers every week, in direct calls, by talking to CS and support, and by digging into the data yourself * Embed with 4 to 6 engineers and 1 designer, set the metric, and own whether it moves * Ship features that are simple enough for customers to set up themselves * Own quality. Engineers test as they build, you give the final go before anything ships * Own the launch and the awareness that follows. There is no product marketing team. You drive positioning, the in-product moments, and the keynote for the big launches, with marketing and sales behind you * Work across squads with the AI and Integrations PMs on the surfaces that touch each other WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * A track record of shipping things people actually use * Exceptional product and operational judgement * World-class product taste * Shameless customer obsession * Extreme clarity in writing and thinking * Speed without sloppiness * Low ego and a builder's instinct WHAT WE OFFER * Modern Berlin office in Prenzlauer Berg * Direct work with the founders and a real seat at the product table * A team that ships fast and doesn't drown in process * 26 days of paid vacation, plus 2 extra days off for Christmas and New Year's Eve * Annual personal development budget for conferences, courses, books, or coaching * Regular team events and the kind of culture that makes you want to be in the office SEE HOW WE SHIP Every year we publish a Rewind: a public record of everything we built and shipped. Probably the easiest way to see what we've been up to. * Superchat Rewind 2025 * Superchat Rewind 2024 We firmly believe that diversity makes companies better. We welcome all applicants - regardless of gender, background, nationality, or religion. Feel free to send us your application! By submitting your application, you agree to our privacy policy. We look forward to your application! 🙂
