Strategic Account Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Remote. Most preferred location is KSA, but relevant candidates, located elsewhere across the Gulf Region will also be considered and are encouraged to apply. Job type: Full-time position. Role’s overview: Edwards / Kidde Commercial UL, business brands of Kidde Global Solutions, Strategic Accounts organization is currently searching for a dynamic Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM) to manage and increase sales of fire alarm, air sampling smoke detection & emergency / mass notification solutions to clients in key verticals, including, but not limited to Data Center / Technology, Hospitality and Modular Construction. This is a remote field position and all locations will be considered. A person must be capable of flexibly pivoting across these verticals, adapting account strategies and stakeholder messaging to address the distinct buying processes, technical requirements and project delivery structures, unique to each segment. The primary responsibility of the Strategic Account Manager is to establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, while developing and executing Strategic Account plans that drive incremental sales through the Edwards sales teams and channel partner networks. Success in this role relies on a proven ability to forge strong connections with owners and executive decision-makers, including C-suite leaders, corporate headquarters personnel, consulting engineers, and general contractors or developers. Key responsibilities: * Account Management: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across design, construction, ownership and operations to position Edwards solutions in new and replacement projects. Key stakeholders include: * * Data Center / Mission Critical: Engineering firms, hyperscale and colocation owners/operators and senior design, construction, project and operations leaders. * Hospitality High End Residential: Brand and ownership executives, design and construction leaders, facilities teams, property managers and design consultants. * Modular Construction: Modular manufacturers, general contractors, developers and owners. * Manage relationships across large organizations and multi-site project portfolios. * Identify new opportunities, expand demand and grow market share within target segments. * Client Needs Analysis: Use consultative selling and active listening to identify priorities and recommend solutions that fit stakeholder needs. * Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain account plans aligned to customer goals, buying criteria and value drivers. * Assess client needs and support tailored solutions, specifications and presentations across varied project delivery models. * Partner closely with sales and technical teams to align strategies and deliver solutions that support customer goals across target verticals. * Advise engineers, architects and decision makers on standardization, fire and life safety requirements and applicable codes and brand standards. Key requirements: * Min. Bachelor's degree. * Technical certification, associate degree (or higher) preferred. * 5+ years of selling experience, with strong preference for min. 2-3 years of executive/end client/C-suite level sales experience in fire/life safety (or equivalent type) industry. * Demonstrated experience / strong working knowledge in at least one of the following verticals: Data Center / Mission Critical, Hospitality or Modular Construction. * Demonstrated ability to engage C-Suite and Director of Engineering decision makers, understand customer business objectives, define relevant solutions, and communicate value-added benefit effectively. * Strong consultative selling skills and demonstrated ability to manage large, complex corporate accounts, across multiple simultaneous verticals. * Experience in a consultative selling environment; active listening skills to identify client needs, build long-term relationships and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Fluent English and Arabic. * Proficient in Microsoft O365 and collaboration/webinar tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and SalesForce. * Valid driving license. * Willingness to intensively travel across the region (up to 70%).
Vice President, Invoice to Cash The Vice President, Invoice to Cash (I2C) is a senior operating executive responsible for leading both the Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Requestor Management teams. This combined department of ~50 staff are responsible for working with a wide range of medical record requestors (insurance companies, attorneys, and their retrieval agents) with a mix of high touch account management for the high-volume requestors and a long tail mass touch approach for long tail of low volume requestors. Key metrics and activities that this role will be responsible for include: measuring and tracking Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by cohort, percent of request volume actively managed, enhancing the monthly billing and statement process, maintaining unapplied cash at a 3-day level, and bringing more automation/technology to this function. This role is intentionally hands-on and detail-oriented, requiring deep engagement in daily collections activity, aging trends, customer disputes, and cash forecasting. In a private-equity-backed environment, this leader is expected to operate as a player-coach who can personally diagnose issues, drive execution, and hold teams accountable for results. Duties & Responsibilities: * Hands-On Accounts Receivable Leadership & DSO Ownership (Primary Mandate), with Cash Applications and Requestor Management as secondary mandates * Own enterprise-wide accounts receivable (AR) performance with direct, personal accountability for DSO reduction, and past-due aging * Engage directly in weekly aging reviews, top delinquent account analysis, and high-risk customer situations * Design and enforce disciplined collections operating rhythms, including daily, weekly, and monthly execution cadences * Define, track, and actively manage KPIs including DSO, aging mix, Collection Effectiveness Index (CEI), dispute cycle time, and billing accuracy * Lead hands-on improvements across collections, billing accuracy, cash application, and dispute workflows. Ensure improvements are embedded into daily execution, not just documented in policy * Expand and mature the requestor management/data integrity process and team including management of sales tax-exempt requestors * Partner with R&D team to design AR/collections modules within our platform * Oversee daily cash application activities for all payment channels, including ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, credit cards, checks, and electronic payment platforms * Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer and requestor payments to accounts receivable. * Establish and maintain strong internal controls for cash receipt processing * Lead implementation and optimization of cash application technologies, including AI-driven cash application tools and/or robotic process automation (RPA) * Collaborate as a peer to the Controller, SVP of Finance, and VP of FP&A as a leader in the finance organization * Perform other duties, as assigned, to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company * Live by and promote Verisma Core Values Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, required * 12-15+ years of progressive experience in Management of Order/Invoice to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance * CPA strongly preferred * Proven ability to lead and develop large, multi-functional teams with a data driven mindset * Experience in Release of Information, Revenue Cycle, Record Retrieval, or Healthcare, preferred * Technically proficient with data analysis tools such as Advance Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc. * Travel 5 to 10% of the time

Who You Are You bring hands-on experience from within a Retail Media Network (RMN), with a clear understanding of how retailers commercialize media offerings and sell to brands. You also have exposure to in-store / physical retail environments and understand how retail media connects to merchandising, store execution, and shopper behavior. You are confident operating in retail media environments and can translate that experience into structured, client-facing strategy work. This is a client-facing, execution-focused strategy role responsible for owning key workstreams and contributing to integrated retail transformation initiatives across RMN, brand, GTM, and operating models. What You Will Do Retail & RMN Strategic Support * Support discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and synthesis. * Translate client inputs into structured analyses and opportunity frameworks. * Develop clear articulation of how RMNs must serve brand objectives (sales lift, share growth, ROI, measurement transparency). * Ground recommendations in commercial and financial logic, informed by real-world RMN operations. Integrated Retail Workstream Ownership * Own defined workstreams across: * Retail Media strategy * Brand-to-retail alignment * Retail GTM modernization * In-housing and operating model assessments * Build supporting analyses, financial models, and executive-ready materials. * Contribute to roadmap development and value modeling. Retail Media & Commercial Expertise * Demonstrate understanding of: * How retail media networks are structured, priced, and sold to advertisers * Retailer revenue models and margin considerations tied to media * Measurement expectations (incrementality, attribution, closed-loop reporting) * Investment decision frameworks used by brand and shopper teams * Ensure RMN strategies reflect real-world retailer and advertiser expectations. Client & Commercial Support * Support workshop preparation and executive presentations. * Contribute to proposal development and research for new business. * Assist in codifying frameworks and reusable retail media assets. Retail IP & Thought Leadership * Contribute to POVs and webinar content. * Support in the elevation of firm positioning in retail marketing strategy. What You Bring * 6–10 years in retail media, strategy consulting, commercial strategy, or related roles. Required: * Experience working within a Retail Media Network (retailer-side), with exposure to how media offerings are commercialized and sold to brands. * Experience on the sell-side of retail media (e.g., RMN sales, account management, partnerships, or commercial strategy). * Hands-on experience in retail media execution and/or strategy, not limited to activation. * Strong understanding of grocery and/or mass retail media networks. * Exposure to in-store retail dynamics (e.g., merchandising, store operations, shopper marketing execution) alongside retail media. Preferred: * Experience with major RMNs such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision * Marketing, or similar grocery and mass retail networks. * Experience working with multiple RMNs or across retailer ecosystems. * CPG or agency experience as complementary background.
