Our Short Term Portfolio Management Academy provides exposure to renewables and gas portfolio management and systematic short term
power trading in an international energy trading company. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in
the world of commodities trading.
After a structured training period, you will be exposed to the balancing risk of our European and Japanese renewables portfolio
boosting the PnL by expertly managing the deviations of wind & solar production and optimising the flexibility of our renewables
sites through a combination of discretionary trading decisions and support from our automated trading systems. You will monitor
the system health of our automated trading systems including our systematic short term power trading strategies that you can also
contribute to with new trading ideas. You will also be exposed to the European natural gas portfolio, where you will build
responsibility in operating the physical gas asset portfolio (storages, cross border capacities, supply, demand) via scheduling,
capacity booking, and short term trading of asset optionality.
In addition to your training for supported development, as part of our Short Term Portfolio Management Academy you can expect to
receive a clearly defined career path aligned with transparent growth milestones. Practical experience of renewables or gas
portfolio management is not required – but the commitment and hunger to develop a long-term career within our industry is
essential.
Please note that, due to the nature of Short Term Portfolio Management, this role will be required to work on a shift basis on
rotation. The shift rota will include working during some weekends, bank holidays and nights.

Job Description: The Area Maintenance Supervisor will work in collaboration with the Regional Property Managers and Regional Construction Managers to oversee physical and financial aspects of Facilities and Maintenance operations across the assigned portfolio of communities. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and lead the work of others with a wide degree of creativity and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities : Operations and Procedures Ensure that curb appeal, work order status, and status of make-ready units meet the standards of policies and procedures. Ensure that community maintenance shops meet operations and cleanliness standards. Ensure that inventory control programs are being followed and that consistent on-site inspections are being conducted. Maintain daily maintenance operations of any property that is without a Maintenance Supervisor. Oversee emergency plan implementation and training, verify the plan is in place at each property, and ensure all team members are trained on policies and procedures. Assist the site-teams before, during, and after a large-scale emergency. Coaching and Developing Teams Collaborate with Regional Property Managers, Community Managers, and Corporate Support Teams on interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring maintenance team members. Assist Regional Property Managers in recommending transfers for maintenance team members. Conduct regular reviews with maintenance team members, provide feedback regarding areas of excellence and areas for improvement, and support team members within navigating career paths. Assist People Operations with implementing disciplinary action as needed. Capital Projects Review all capital projects with the Regional Property Manager prior to or upon approval from the Vice President, and/or Portfolio Manager. Collaborate with Regional Property Manager to outline, develop, and manage specific capital projects. Work directly with the Regional Property Manager to outline the timeline and expectations of the capital project with specific site members and vendors before a project commences. During phase one of initial construction, the Area Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the completion of capital projects with the in-house Construction Management division. Attend and assist the Construction Management team throughout due diligence of new assets being considered for acquisition. Prepare properties for marketing and disposition. Assist in the implementation of green initiatives. Qualifications : Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance within Multifamily or Hospitality. Possess excellent general maintenance skills including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, etc. Strong creative, organizational, problem solving, and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work well with tight deadlines and in a team environment. Education: Associate degree from college or technical school or 4+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accurately perform basic mathematical functions. EPA Universal Certification required. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification required. HVAC license required. About the role: We are looking for a Portfolio Associate to join the OEGEN funds team, to support Octopus Renewables Infrastructure SCSp, a Luxembourg-based, a renewable energy and energy infrastructure open-ended unitised partnership with nearly £3bn of funds under management. The fund is expected to grow through new investor subscriptions, offering strong opportunity for development within the role. The role combines valuation, portfolio management and value creation. As part of the role you will be allocated a number of asset portfolios (typically on a country or technology basis) from the Sky fund for which you have responsibility for the quarterly valuation process, identifying opportunities to enhance long term asset value and work alongside the country P&L leads to support short term performance and decision making. This includes analysing operational performance, new revenue contracts, financing structures, asset life extensions and other initiatives that maximise long-term investor returns. In addition you will support portfolio performance and strategic decisions at the fund level, including, but not limited to, debt strategies and the impact of acquisitions and disposals on fund metrics. This is a hands-on portfolio management role with valuation at its core. The successful candidate will be expected to update, operate, improve and own valuation models directly, not simply review outputs prepared by others and take an active role in the delivering the performance targets for the portfolios they are responsible for. They will work closely with portfolio management, asset management, finance, tax, external valuers and auditors to ensure valuations are technically robust, commercially grounded and clearly explained to decision-makers. Alongside this they will be able to oversee external valuation agents to ensure that consistency is maintained across the portfolio. The successful candidate is also expected to work with OEGen teams to assess and deliver long term value strategies and support short term performance objectives. The role would suit someone from an infrastructure fund, renewable energy investment manager, infrastructure asset manager, project finance team, or specialist valuations / modelling team in professional services. The key requirement is strong practical valuation experience, direct model ownership and the ability to translate valuation insights into commercial portfolio decisions. The role also has a forward-looking change agenda. We are investing in tools to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of valuation processes. The successful candidate should be comfortable using advanced Excel and ideally VBA, and should be interested in how automation, data tools and AI can improve infrastructure valuation processes over time.
Description Position at JBS USA PLANT CONTRACT MANAGER POSITION This position will be located in the livestock office, responsible for managing supplier contracts for the Beardstown facility, and for assisting buyers with entering and tracking purchases in our computer-based procurement system. This includes monitoring the price paid to the suppliers according to the terms of their contract, and making sure suppliers are delivering the quantity and quality of swine specified in the contract. This role will also ensure there is good communication between the Procurement team and the suppliers to minimize supply chain interruptions. The qualified individual will gain an understanding of the procurement process from scheduling of the loads, receiving, processing, carcass evaluation, and payment. Be able to fill in for the plant scheduler and the carcass evaluation manager as needed. Other various daily tasks may include daily counts, costs, and pricing. Other relevant tasks, as assigned by manager.
