About the Role
The team is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to become part of our TDI team in Bangalore, who can effectively balance
technical excellence with a disciplined approach to the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for
designing and developing customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations required to meet the company’s strategic
business objectives. Candidates will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, business analysts, and engineers on
different infrastructure layers, from proposal development to deployment and support. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative
problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions is essential. In addition, your product owner will look to you to provide
all technical services—design, config, software development, and testing.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help design and scale our Agentic AI Platform — the foundation that enables enterprise teams to build, deploy, and manage intelligent AI agents securely and at scale. What we are looking for : * 5–8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML platforms or intelligent automation. * 3+ years in Python preferred, Java, Node.js, or Go. * 2+ years with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular), principles of accessibility (a11y), and an ability to collaborate effectively with Product & Design. * Expertise in AI agent frameworks (LangGraph preferred), orchestration systems, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and monitoring/observability. * Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, container orchestration (ECS/EKS), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). * Experience building secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure for AI or ML workloads. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across time zones and global teams. If you are too, let's talk. * We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test, who is eager to drive non-functional load testing, identify critical optimization areas, and conduct in-depth analysis to understand "what's broken and why." as well as “How can we improve the simulation?” * You'll be at the forefront of research and development, uncovering efficiencies at a platform level and collaborating with engineering teams across the organization to implement solutions. * This isn't your typical QA or testing role, but rather a deep engineering role focused on performance load testing About the Team: * Our Performance Load testing team operates on a hub-spoke model, with a core focus on deep understanding load generation systems, test data generation, and node.js and golang applications.. * We partner with engineering teams from across all products and platforms at Auth0, working to create more accurate simulated load generation and data generation tests. * You'll be supporting specific teams with performance load coverage, load optimization and testing and ensuring our systems not only maintain their current high level of performance but continuously evolve and improve. * You will partner with other senior load testing engineers, and mentor more junior engineers, working to achieve a high level of team impact.
